| As one of the six task groups proposed in the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),the whole book reading learning task group is an important part of the Chinese curriculum content.However,the reading of the whole book has become a difficulty and pain point in Chinese reading teaching due to the heavy task,unclear teaching operation path and difficulty in reading monitoring.Faced with the amount of reading stipulated by the curriculum standards and textbooks,many students cannot finish it.To solve this problem,the author tries to achieve the goal of promoting students to read the whole book by introducing educational drama.Based on this goal,the basic question of this study is determined:how to promote the implementation of the whole book reading of Chinese in junior middle school with educational drama? From the main question leads to specific research steps,that is,starting from the analysis of the value of educational drama to the whole book reading teaching of junior middle school Chinese,in-depth discussion of the matching between the two,from the practice to find the teaching strategy of promoting the whole book reading of junior middle school Chinese with educational drama.The thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the value of educational drama to the whole book reading teaching in junior middle school.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and functions of educational drama,this chapter clarifies the requirements of Chinese curriculum standards for the reading of the whole book of Chinese in junior high school and the characteristics of the reading arrangement of classic books in the unified compilation of Chinese in junior high school,explores the significance of educational drama in the reading teaching of the whole book of Chinese in junior high school,and clarifies the matching between educational drama and the reading teaching of the whole book of Chinese in junior high school.The second chapter is the current situation investigation.It is found that there are some problems in the teaching of applied educational drama in the whole book reading teaching of Chinese in junior middle school,such as the teaching goal tends to be exam-oriented,the deviation of learning situation and the unclear teaching strategy.The third chapter is the strategy construction.Using the methods of case study,literature review and action research,this chapter constructs four strategies for the application of educational drama in the reading teaching of the whole book:introduction to stimulate interest,guidance method;Script writing and rehearsal organization;Performance display,evaluation and follow-up;Review and upgrade,development of thinking.The introduction section helps students to understand the content of famous books by developing themed activities,sorting out mind maps,and guiding reading methods.Performance preparation mainly includes warm-up activities strategy,stent construction strategy,etc.The performance presentation section pays attention to the evaluation of the follow-up;Finally,the whole drama activity is reviewed and summarized,and the students’ critical thinking ability is developed with the strategy of combining reading and writing and multi-dimensional connection.Chapter four is a case study.Taking the two classes I taught as the research objects,I applied the developed teaching strategies to the reading guidance of the Ordinary World.Through practical research,I found deficiencies and sought improvement methods,so as to promote the practical development and implementation of the reading of the whole book.It is found that educational drama can stimulate reading interest,promote quality education and improve students’ language expression ability. |
