"Reading the whole book" has become a hot word in the field of Chinese education,and many Chinese educators and teachers are actively exploring how to put it into practice.The setting of the reading link of the classics in the middle school Chinese teaching materials is the concrete embodiment of "reading the whole book" in the teaching materials."Reading the whole book" can not only promote the professional growth of teachers and enrich the content of Chinese curriculum,but also improve the core quality of students' Chinese discipline.The introduction of this paper explains the origin and significance of the research on "reading the whole book",as well as the research status at home and abroad,which lays a foundation for the following discussion.The first chapter discusses the evolution of the concept of "book reading" and put forward the concept,and then from the policy,the foreign experience,teaching material arrangement,junior middle school students reading ability and learning theory the feasibility of the whole book reading teaching,at last the whole book reading teaching stimulate students' interest,training students' reading habits,students to master reading methods,to improve students' reading ability,realize the goal of Chinese subject core literacy,and other important significance.The second chapter shows that teachers and students need effective,scientific and practical guidance.There are five reasons: the contradiction between traditional and modern Chinese education,the contradiction between curriculum standards and actual teaching,the contradiction between the lack of family education and the demand for school education,the contradiction between social diversification and the mainstream development of school,and the incomplete evaluation system.In chapter three,according to the problems in the questionnaire,the teaching of the whole book should abide by the principles of classics,integrity,and autonomy,and put forward some countermeasures such as changing the teaching concept,creating an atmosphere,home-school cooperation,teachers' study,and optimizing the evaluation.Conclusion,summary and summary of the full text of the content,once again to strongly adjust the book reading teaching necessity and importance.
