Research On The Interaction Between Medical Social Workers And Medical Staff

With the continuous development of medical social work in China,the interaction between medical social workers and medical staff has become more frequent.Through practice,it is known that the benign interaction between medical social workers and medical staff will increase the service effectiveness of medical social work and bring favorable influence to the professional services of medical social work,so it is of certain significance to study the interaction between medical social workers and medical staff.This paper mainly explores the interaction process and the interaction mode between medical social workers and medical staff in Z Hospital of Hubei Province through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews.This paper first presents the basis of interaction between medical social workers and medical staff: policy support and the establishment of the Ministry of Medical Social Work provide a guarantee for the development of services,and factors such as the transformation of medical models and the objective requirements of hospital development have become the premise of interaction between the two sides.Secondly,this paper analyzes the interaction process between medical social workers and medical staff: the whole interaction process can be roughly divided into three stages: the trial period,the running-in period and the harmonious period,and the interaction process is shown from the actions of both medical social workers and medical staff.Finally,the different interaction patterns of medical social workers and medical staff at different stages of interaction were analyzed and summarized: due to the lack of reasonable cognition in the probing period,the interaction between the two parties was not balanced,and in the running-in period,a delicate balance would be reached with the display of the results of medical social work,and a balanced interaction would be formed with the continuous development of the interaction.It is found that the interaction between medical social workers and medical staff shows a benign development trend,but there are also problems such as the formalization of services and insufficient service effectiveness of medical social worker interns affected by the interaction relationship,in order to cope with these difficulties and achieve better interaction,this paper puts forward suggestions such as building a benign interaction mechanism and strengthening the capacity building of medical social workers,hoping to provide reference for the benign development of subsequent medical social work.
