| Since the 20 th century,with the expansion of enrollment in universities,the number of college graduates has been rapidly increasing,employment forms have become increasingly severe,and employment channels have gradually diversified.Innovation and entrepreneurship education has also become an important component of major universities,and innovation and entrepreneurship ability is indispensable for the growth of personal professional abilities and the improvement of comprehensive abilities.The issuance of the "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Education Institutions" has pointed out the direction for innovation and entrepreneurship education in major universities.In response to the lack of tight integration between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,it is disconnected from practice;Provide opinions on issues such as single teaching methods and weak effectiveness;To provide strong human support for building an innovative country,achieving the centenary goal,and realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,although innovation and entrepreneurship education has made some progress in universities,its development is still relatively slow,and research on innovation and entrepreneurship is still relatively backward,and the integration with disciplines is not yet perfect.On February 22,2023,the Yunnan Provincial Sports Industry Conference also pointed out the direction for major universities in Yunnan Province to cultivate sports talents.In terms of talent cultivation plans,physical education majors not only require the learning of professional knowledge,but also essential professional practice.The characteristics of this discipline are in line with the integrated development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,text analysis and other research methods to study the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of sports majors in universities in Kunming.This study focuses on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among students majoring in physical education at Yunnan Agricultural University,Yunnan University,and Yunnan Normal University.A study was conducted on the cultivation methods and curriculum settings of students majoring in physical education in these three universities.Students majoring in physical education in these three schools were selected as the survey subjects.The questionnaire was designed based on the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Scale for College Students" developed by Professor Wang Hongcai’s team to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the survey subjects in terms of the composition of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.Use SPSS25.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the student innovation and entrepreneurship ability questionnaire.Furthermore,through interviews with teachers,employers,graduates,and students on campus,we aim to understand students’ needs for methods and methods of training in universities,their understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and what adjustments and optimizations universities need to make.The study ultimately concluded that:(1)In the process of student development,it may occur that teachers only focus on the learning of students’ skills,neglecting students’ practice in teaching and education;Some universities have inadequate educational and teaching courses.(2)The overall composition of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among students majoring in physical education is at a moderate level,with the highest average score for action planning ability and the lowest average score for goal setting ability.The development of goal setting ability is primary,and from the perspective of college management,the setting of task goals is the most important for cultivating students’ abilities.(3)In Kunming universities,the training system of innovation and entrepreneurship education is not perfect and simple,which leads to the lack of understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education.In the process of the training of students ’professional education,teachers only pay attention to the learning of students’ skills,but the neglect of students’ practice in teaching and the practice of education and teaching. |
