| The party’s 20 th national congress for China’s development include building a strong education,science and technology,talent,culture,sports and healthy China.Higher vocational education is an organic component of higher education.As the main body of higher vocational education,higher vocational students have an important mission in the construction of great education and sports power.Since the implementation of the Special Work Implementation Plan of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion in 2019,the enrollment source of higher vocational colleges has been further expanded.At the same time,higher vocational colleges also have to face the problems caused by different types of students.The student structure of higher vocational colleges is complicated and diversified,including ordinary high school students,three-school students,five-year students and other student types.Each type of student has obvious differences in cognition,psychology,skills and knowledge reserve due to the different school running mode and training focus in high school.Because of this,their physical health level also has differences.Adolescents’ physical health is an important symbol of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is the responsibility and mission of schools at all levels to improve the physical health level of every adolescent student.in order to solve the physical health problems caused by the differences of different types of students in higher vocational colleges,this study collected the relevant data of different types of students in Yunnan Agricultural Vocational and Technical College,adopted the method of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and other research methods and found that:1.There are differences in body shape among different types of students.The main difference is height.2.There is no significant difference between the physical functions of different types of students.The vital capacity of male and female students is lower than that of the whole country,and the difference of male students is obvious.3.There are differences in physical fitness among different types of students,among which male and female five-year students have the weakest comprehensive physical fitness.Male college entrance examination liberal arts students comprehensive physical quality is the strongest,female single admission liberal arts students comprehensive physical quality is the strongest.4.Male students are generally better than the whole country in terms of endurance,willpower,upper body strength and body flexibility,while they are generally weaker than the whole country in terms of speed,reaction force and explosive leg jumping.Female students are generally better than the national level in endurance,willpower,speed,responsiveness and body flexibility,but generally weaker than the national level in the aspects of explosive leg bounce and core muscle.5.All kinds of students believed that environmental factors and their own factors had a greater impact on their physical health level,and their own factors were greater than the environmental factors;The weekly exercise frequency and time of vocational college students are low,and they do not eat breakfast and go to bed late.Most students think that their adaptability is weak,but they have better self-control for drinking.In the time arrangement of higher vocational college students,surfing accounts for the highest proportion,and most students have sports consciousness.In view of the difference of physical health level of different types of students in higher vocational colleges,we should establish a physical education model suitable for higher vocational colleges,so that all kinds of students can be targeted to improve the physical health of students;To create a campus sports culture suitable for higher vocational students,the school combines the particularity of higher vocational majors and students’ national characteristics to carry out sports guidance;To establish the training mechanism of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges,improve the teaching ability and research level of higher vocational physical education teachers;To establish psychological counseling courses suitable for higher vocational students and pay attention to the psychological differences of students brought by the influence of students. |
