From the outbreak of the “COVID-19” in 2020,to entering the current stage of administered as Class B infectious diseases.China has achieved great success in“COVID-19”prevention and control,various prevention and control measures have made great contributions to the response to public health emergencies.Over the past three years,the impact of “COVID-19” on people’s living conditions and mental state has posed great challenges to social workers.As a profession with practice and service,social work plays an important role in grassroots governance with its unique mission and service ability,especially in the face of public health emergencies,it can play its unique value and significance.The professional skills and experience of social workers can effectively help people in the epidemic to relieve psychological anxiety,and they play an important role in grassroots governance,providing effective support and guarantee.Through the practice method of group work,the author studied the psychological anxiety of villagers in rural areas during the period of social work intervention in epidemic prevention and control.In the early stage,through literature review,we learned about domestic and foreign discussions on psychological problems of social work intervention during epidemic prevention and control,and based on ABC theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,500 questionnaires were issued,and binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze and summarize the questionnaire results in detail.The changes of the living conditions of villagers in rural areas and the influencing factors of psychological anxiety during the epidemic were summarized.In the middle period,the author went to Yulin Village from December 15,2020 to February 25,2021,and selected 20 villagers with psychological anxiety tendency to carry out five group activities to provide them with relief methods and observe the psychological changes of villagers after the intervention of social work.The author followed up with interviews at different time points during the three-year epidemic period to understand the causes of their psychological anxiety,and finally analyzed and summarized the causes of psychological anxiety during the epidemic period.In this paper,the living conditions of people quarantined at home during the epidemic prevention and control period are mainly changed in three aspects: slower pace,higher cost and single way.Psychological conditions include anxiety to some extent,which may be affected by age,occupation,marital status,income and other four factors through quantitative data analysis.During the three-year epidemic period,the psychological anxiety of villagers in different stages changed from the initial stage of the epidemic to the understanding of the prevention and control policy,from the understanding of containment and control management to the understanding of unsealing,and finally from the understanding of unsealing to the understanding of normality.The cause of anxiety is not understanding and not paying attention to the national policy.Medical security and social security systems in rural areas are not sound;The career structure is relatively simple.In this regard,the author puts forward three suggestions that the social security system should be further improved,the professional strength of social work should be further enriched,and the coverage of social work in rural areas should be further expanded.
