Red culture is the sum of material and spiritual wealth created by the Communist Party of China under the guidance of Marxism to unite and lead the Chinese people in different historical periods of revolution,construction and reform,which has important educational value.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the inheritance and promotion of red culture is becoming more and more mature.As an important component of red culture,the red culture in northern Guangxi has been explored and developed more widely in this period,becoming an important resource for colleges and universities in northern Guangxi to carry out ideological and political education.On the one hand,the integration of the red culture in the ideological and political education of colleges in northern Guangxi is supported by the theoretical basis and the basic theory of red culture provided by the Marxist classic writers,Chinese Communists and the subject of ideological and political education.On the other hand,the requirements put forward by the state,society,individuals and coordinated development,as well as the connotation,geographical advantages and homology theory of the red culture in northern Guangxi provide the necessity explanation and feasibility basis for the integration process.As the necessity of integrating the red culture of northern Guangxi into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been widely recognized,the methods and methods have been continuously innovated,and the educational content has been enriched and expanded,the three problems of insufficient academic rationality,poor integration of educational channels,and not significant educational results have become more and more prominent.There are seven causes: lack of top-level design,inadequate discourse transformation,inadequate resource development,insufficient combination of the two main channels,superficial channel implementation,weak position awareness,and imperfect education subject cultivation,evaluation and guarantee mechanism.Countermeasures need to be analyzed from three dimensions: education system,platform construction and mechanism perfection.First,to build a "three-dimensional collaborative" education system,it is necessary to fully rely on the cooperation between the Party and the government to ensure that the red culture of northern Guangxi is integrated into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,the normalization and institutionalization of the role of grassroots party building,and the construction of the Party and the government collaborative education system;Overall planning of local and global,integration of the campus of north Guangxi red culture education subject force,coordination of off-campus advanced model propaganda force,the construction of education subject collaborative education system;To promote the integration of northern Guangxi red culture into the ideological and political curriculum and curriculum ideological and political two main channels and other channels such as extracurricular practice,campus culture construction,expert lectures,party and league activities,and build a collaborative education system of education channels.Secondly,to build a red education platform of "three-dimensional development",it is necessary to focus on the media communication scope and propaganda intensity of the red culture in northern Guangxi and build a media communication platform.Adhere to the precision of the northern Guangxi red culture education crowd and the innovation of the education link,build a teaching practice platform;Based on expanding the educational content and spiritual connotation of the red culture in northern Guangxi,sorting out the educational resources of different forms of the red culture in northern Guangxi,and building a platform for red resources.Thirdly,to improve the mechanism of "trinity" education subject,we need to improve the cultivation mechanism of education subject from three aspects: condensing the sense of identity of education subject to North Guangxi red culture,deepening education subject to North Guangxi red culture connotation,and strengthening the talent introduction of the main team of North Guangxi red culture education;Focusing on the evaluation system,feedback system and multiple subjects of evaluation feedback of the red culture education subject in northern Guangxi,perfecting the evaluation mechanism of the educational subject;From the two dimensions of organizational guarantee and material guarantee of the main body of the red cultural education in northern Guangxi,the system construction is perfected and the guarantee mechanism of the main body of education is perfected.
