Abstract/Summary:
Exercise is an indispensable part of a textbook,which can be distributed in different places of the text.The exercises in history textbooks mainly have the functions of stimulating students’ interest in learning history,helping them master the content of the textbooks,expanding their historical thinking ability,and cultivating students’ feelings of home and country.They have important teaching significance and research value.This study first defines the definition of textbook exercises,People’s Education Press edition and Departmental edition textbooks,and then expounds the development trend,design principle,classification and function of junior high school history textbook exercises.Secondly,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the exercises between the People’s Education Press edition and the Ministry edition textbooks,discusses the similarities and differences of the exercises between the two editions,and highlights the new characteristics of the exercises of the Ministry edition junior high school history textbooks.On this basis,the comprehensive use of questionnaire and interview method,to understand the current situation of teachers and students on the use of the history textbook exercises,found that the degree of attention to history textbook exercises is low,teachers exercise teaching effectiveness is not enough,and the existing problems of attribution analysis.Finally,the paper discusses the application strategies of the exercises in the unified edition of junior high school history textbooks,from the aspects of attaching great importance to and clarifying the objectives;Selected integration,improve efficiency;Two-way interaction,ability cultivation;Independent cooperation,discovery and exploration;Multiple evaluation,improve the quality of the five aspects.The author believes that only on the premise that teachers and students attach great importance to textbook exercises,teachers can do in-depth compilation and research of exercises,students can practice and think about exercises frequently,and exercises can be used efficiently.
