Kindergarten teachers are highly emotional workers.In the interaction with children,their emotional expression will not only affect their work attitude and performance,but also affect children’s physical and mental development.Due to various factors,kindergarten teachers will choose appropriate emotional expression strategies in the teaching process.In the face of this situation,there are many problems to explore.For example,what factors affect the choice of emotional labor strategies? What is the impact of emotional labor on the work attitude of kindergarten teachers? In order to solve the above confusion,this paper will gradually explore the pre factors and influence of kindergarten teachers’ emotion.This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey,taking 335 teachers in kindergarten education institutions as the test objects,selects "formal questionnaire of emotional labor of teachers in kindergarten education institutions" as the main research tool,and uses scientific statistical analysis method to explore the antecedents and influence of kindergarten teachers’ emotional labor.The results are as follows:(1)among the external factors that affect emotional labor,organizational justice climate and social support have significant negative effects on surface acting,and significant positive effects on deep acting and natural expression.(2)Among the internal factors influencing emotional labor,organizational commitment and big five personality are significantly related to emotional labor.Firstly,for Big Five personality,neuroticism has a significant positive effect on surface acting,openness and agreeableness have a significant negative effect on surface acting,and extraversion and conscientiousness have no significant correlation with surface acting;secondly,neuroticism has no significant correlation with deep acting and natural expression,while extraversion,openness,agreeableness and conscientiousness have no significant correlation It has a significant positive effect on deep acting and natural expression.Secondly,for organizational commitment,organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on surface play,and a significant positive impact on deep play and natural expression.(3)The three dimensions of emotional labor have different effects on work attitude.Surface acting can reduce job satisfaction,improve turnover intention and job burnout;deep acting and natural expression can improve job satisfaction and reduce job burnout.(4)Organizational justice climate can regulate the relationship between deep acting and job satisfaction.However,it has no moderating effect on the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention.The research expands and refines the application of emotional labor theory in education organization,and verifies the factors that affect kindergarten teachers’ emotion and the work attitude produced by emotional labor strategies in different situations.In view of the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ teaching and the healthy development of kindergarten teachers’ emotions,this study puts forward the following constructive suggestions: reasonably positioning their career expectations,establishing scientific and reasonable career ideals according to their personality characteristics,actively seeking social support,and learning to control their emotions. |
