On September 10,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Education Conference that moral education must start from the children.Children should know and behave well from an early age,"buckle the first button of life",and gradually develop the good habit of doing good deeds.In October 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and The State Council issued the Implementation Outline for The Construction of Civic Morality in the New Era,which pointed out that moral education should be deepened and moral education should be promoted throughout the whole process of school education.Early childhood is an important period for the growth of individual life,as well as the foundation period for the formation of moral character.To do a good job of moral education in early childhood can not only lay a good foundation for their all-round development,but also pave the way for them to establish a correct outlook on life,values and form a perfect personality quality.This study aims to explore the effective development of moral education in kindergartens,promote kindergartens to attach importance to and improve the quality of moral education,so as to lay a foundation for children to "button their life".This study selected Fuzhou A kindergarten as the research object,the integrated use of observation method,interview method,text analysis and other research methods,from nursery school moral education target,nursery school moral education content,the kindergarten education means and methods,nursery school moral education evaluation four aspects to A nursery school moral education to conduct A comprehensive analysis of the investigation.It also analyzes the influencing factors of moral education in A kindergarten from the internal and external aspects.The internal factors include the principal,teachers and children themselves,and the external factors include the moral atmosphere of education administrative departments,parents and society.Finally,this study summarizes the experience of moral education in A kindergarten,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1.To build A relatively complete moral education goal system;2.Moral education content integrated into regional culture;3.the implementation of child-based moral education;4.to establish a relatively perfect moral education guarantee mechanism;5.to create a campus environment containing moral education.And on that basis,This study from the moral education of improving teachers’ quality,develop a complete moral education target system,select close to children’s life and the suitable content of moral education,take "experiential" as the main form of moral education activities and improve the scientific and effective moral education evaluation system,form the home community education together six aspects put forward the Suggestions to the kindergarten morality education in the new period,In order to provide a valuable reference for kindergarten moral education.
