Chinese Football Association Super League Team Running Performance Study On Evolution Law And Winning Factors

High-level football performance has always been the focus of scholars at home and abroad.With the help of advanced acquisition methods,it can effectively reveal its characteristics and laws,and provide important theoretical basis for training and competition.CSL represents the highest level of professional football in China,so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the performance of CSL.This study takes the running performance of Chinese Super League teams as the research object,and divides 15 running indicators into 4 categories: The variables related to race running distance,race running times,race running speed and players’ race running interval were analyzed by using literature method,AMISCO software analysis method,mathematical statistics method and expert interview method,etc.,to analyze the evolution rules of different running indicators in the whole and specific situations.And explore the key running indicators that affect the outcome of the game under different game situations,and the research conclusion is as follows:(1)In terms of the overall running performance of CSL teams,the indicators related to the total distance run,running speed and running interval are different in individual seasons,but the overall demand is stable;Sprints,speed runs and high-intensity runs are in increasing demand for distance and reps.(2)Regardless of home or away games,the demand for sprint running,high speed running and high intensity running distance and number of games keeps increasing,the total distance of the game is stable,and there are differences between medium speed running and low speed running in each season;When teams of different strengths compete,the demand for sprint running,high-speed running and high-intensity running distances and times keeps increasing,and the total distance run is in a stable state,except when the downstream teams compete against the upper and lower teams.There is a difference between medium and low speed running in different seasons;For different competition stages,no matter early,middle or late,the team sprint,high speed and high intensity running distance and times demand is increasing,the total distance of the game is stable,in the late stage of the game,medium speed and low speed running is declining.(3)Sprint distance and medium speed distance are the key indexes that affect the race results for both the home team and the visiting team;When teams with different strength compete,there are differences in the key indicators that affect the result of the match.For the early and middle stages of the game,the total distance run,medium speed run distance,sprint distance are the key indicators affecting the result of the game.For the middle and late stages of the game,the average speed run when the team holds the ball is the key indicator.
