| With the continuous development of football,higher requirements have been put forward for athletes’ running ability.Position-specific training is one of the development trends of modern football.Players in different positions have different running ability requirements,so different positions Players should perform different types of physical training.The CSL is the highest level of Chinese football,which reflects the level of development of Chinese football to a certain extent.This article aims to study the running performance of players in different positions in the CSL so that coaches and athletes can understand the latest running ability needs of different positions,so as to formulate training programs to improve sports performance.This article uses literature data,mathematical statistics,and video observation methods to study the physical fitness data of the 3442 players provided by Amisco in the 2019 CSL.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Players in wide positions perform better on high-intensity and sprint running indicators than players in the middle position.Players in frontcourt positions perform better on high-intensity and sprint running indicators than players in backcourt positions while running.The total moving distance of the CM and CDM is larger than that of the wing players than the CF and CB.Except for WF and WM,there are greater differences in running indicators and tactical behaviors between different positions.The total running distance of players in all positions in the first half was significantly greater than in the second half;in terms of high-intensity and sprint running,the impact of the decline in receptor energy is the CF,WF and FB.2.The CB does not need a lot of high intensity running and total running distance,and its running indicators are ranked last.FB need a larger total running distance and a particularly large number of high intensity running distances and times.The CDM needs a larger total running distance,but it is more of a low-to-medium intensity running that covers the entire court.The CM needs a larger total running distance.Not only does he need to run at low to medium intensity like a CDM,but he also needs to organize an offense and make a breakthrough with the ball at high speed.WM need more high-intensity runs on offense and defense,and they also need a lot of low-tomedium-intensity runs to organize the offense.CF mostly respond in the frontcourt and don’t need too much running,but the key few high-intensity runs can bring huge benefits to the team.WF need a lot of high intensity running,especially when counterattacking quickly,they tend to be faster and more intense.3.The upstream team’s FB,CM and CF have the best running performance,and show a trend of declining running performance as the team’s strength declines;the midstream team’s WF and FB have the best running performance.But there is no difference from the upstream team,and there is a significant difference from the downstream team;the running performance of the CB and CDM is relatively not affected by the strength of the team.4.The running performance of the CB in the losing game is significantly better than the performance of the winning and the tie.The running performance of the losing and winning game of the FB is equivalent,and the running performance of the CM,WM,CF and WF in the winning game to be significantly better than the performance of draws and losses,the running performance of the CDM has no difference between the results of different competitions. |
