Research On The Service Strategy Of Wushu Supplies Manufacturing Industry Under The Pattern Of "Internal Circulation"

With the domestic economy changing from high-speed to stable development,the market profit is tight and the industry innovation is stagnant.Under the increasingly severe market competition,the martial arts supplies manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in recent years.However,with the increasing consumption of environmental resources,its growth is often accompanied by problems such as high consumption and high investment,low degree of modernization,weak anti risk and so on.In order to get rid of a series of problems such as homogeneous competition in the industry,weak brand influence,overcapacity and narrow sales channels,and meet the two-way demand interaction between consumers and martial arts products manufacturing enterprises,we strive to promote the process of martial arts products manufacturing industry from the separation of manufacturing industry and service industry to "manufacturing + service package" and finally de manufacturing under the opportunity of "internal circulation" pattern,Organically combine manufacturing and service to realize the transformation and upgrading of martial arts supplies manufacturing industry.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,interview,field investigation,logical analysis and case analysis,takes the service-oriented strategy of Wushu supplies manufacturing industry under the pattern of "internal circulation" as the research object,and selects five enterprises as the research object.Using the theory of value chain,service and supply chain,this paper speculates on the current situation,Dilemma and motivation of industry service,as well as the action mechanism of "internal circulation" pattern,and obtains the specific countermeasures for the service of Wushu supplies manufacturing industry under the "internal circulation" pattern.This paper analyzes the current situation of service-oriented Wushu products manufacturing industry from three aspects: policy environment,consumer demand and industrial structure,and then deduces the difficulties of service-oriented industry:imbalance between industry and region,lack of understanding of service-oriented concept,unable to break through the traditional development mode,slow transformation from quantity to quality,unreasonable resource integration and distribution,and insufficient demonstration of product Wushu culture.Based on the industry service motivation of environment,market,finance and strategic performance,supplemented by the action mechanism of "internal circulation" pattern on industry service,this paper summarizes the formulation principle of service strategy of Wushu supplies manufacturing industry under the "internal circulation" pattern: internal circulation kinetic energy(hierarchical and rising consumption demand);Internal circulation efficiency(mechanism construction and resource allocation);Internal circulation energy renewal(strategic layout and field radiation);Cultivation of talents(internal circulation and innovation).The specific countermeasures of service-oriented martial arts supplies manufacturing industry under the pattern of "internal circulation" : 1.Service demand dimension: Martial Arts consumption stratification and structural upgrading,event revitalization,culture and brand building.2.Service modularization dimension: product quantity advantage develops to high quality,highlighting the traditional cultural connotation of product Wushu;Follow up the "Internet" intelligent service to integrate resources and distribution with evaluation indicators;Under the field radiation,enterprises interact and promote together,and industrial clusters promote the balance of various business forms.3.Service value measurement dimension: financial performance contributes to strategic performance breakthrough,talent training is committed to innovation and guidance,and understands service-oriented with "ingenuity spirit".Through the case analysis of Taishan equipment company and Longquan Baojian company,this paper expounds their service-oriented actions and compares them to prove the feasibility of the above strategies.
