In the primary school stage,the main means of class management is to use class rules.Class rules are the most specific and targeted system of the school,and they are also an indispensable part of scholars’ research on class management.In recent years,with the rise of children and childhood research,researchers recognize the importance of rules to children and advocate paying attention to children ’s perspective and children ’s subject status.Children’s perspective has gradually become a new orientation of researchers’research.Today ’s society is moving towards a democratic society,we should study the class rules from a new perspective and the practice of class rules in the operation of class rules.Therefore,this study discusses a series of children’s views on class rules from the perspective of children,so as to enrich the research perspective of class rules and provide theoretical support and basis for the scientific formulation of class rules.This study takes class X of X primary school as the research object.Firstly,by combing the literature,this paper defines the research ideas,expounds the existing relevant research on children’s perspective and the formulation of class rules,and defines the concepts of children ’s perspective,children ’s perspective and class rules.Secondly,use narrative research,interview and observation to sort out the current situation of class rules from the perspective of children.Finally,through observation and interview,this paper analyzes the problems and perspective of the operation of class rules from the perspective of children,so as to put forward feasible suggestions.Through the analysis of the collected data,it is found that the problems existing in the operation of class rules from the perspective of children mainly include:insufficient attention to the concept of democratic management and overall evaluation of schools,insufficient awareness of group participation in the operation of class rules,failure to update the management concept of teachers in time,lack of exercise of children’s subject consciousness in the implementation of class rules,unfairness in the supervision of class rules,and excessive power of class cadres in the operation of class rules.In view of the problems existing in the operation of class rules from the perspective of children,this study puts forward suggestions from five aspects:first,we should build a democratic campus.Second,improve the class participation system and improve children ’s self participation.Third,the head teacher updates the management concept and level.Fourth,teachers emphasize the independent right to speak and protect children ’s self-consciousness.Fifth,children are diligent in self reflection and strengthen the expression of will.Sixth,increase management posts democratically and enhance children ’s self-management ability. |
