The TFU is an acronym for "Teaching for Understanding","Teach for Understanding",emphasizing the goal of promoting student to understand of knowledge and requiring teachers to design the teaching process according to the systematic framework.At present,China’s high school history teaching pays attention to cultivating students’ core literacy,but there is a contradiction between the complex content of teaching materials and the lack of class hours,coupled with the prevalence of exam-oriented education,most students memorize knowledge points,resulting in problems such as shallow learning degree and fast speed of forgetting.Therefore,exploring the application of TFU teaching mode to the teaching of high school history is conducive to promoting the teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.Firstly,the paper analyzes the application of TFU teaching mode in high school history teaching from the application of the questionnaire,understands the status of the situation of high school history and analyzes the feasibility of the advantages of TFU teaching mode in high school history teaching.Secondly,according to the spirit of TFU teaching mode,according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,combined with the learning situation with horizontal and vertical ways to integrate the content of the textbook,make it more organized and integrated,and through the case study,the textbook for independent unit and class teaching content design,so as to facilitate the application of TFU teaching mode.In order to better teach and learn,the methods and strategies used by the teaching mode in high school history teaching based on teaching practice to provide reference for the development of subsequent teaching practice.Finally,carefully choose the content to design teaching cases,and test the actual effect of teaching through the examination paper test and interview,so as to improve the quality of teaching.
