| Initiative of learning is an essential quality for lifelong learning of individuals.With advocating the lifelong learning quality,the importance of fine arts learning on young children has been gradually showed.To cultivate initiative through fine arts is an appeal of learning to learn under the background of quality education.At present,there are multiple channels for fine arts learning for young children,while the quality of teaching with the various channels is varying and the quality condition of the initiative of learning is still to be explored.Based on these facts,the author turns the eye to children fine arts education institutions outside school,conducted site surveys on three children fine arts institutions for three months and collected the primary data.By adopting the paradigm of qualitative study and document research,in this paper,a practical exploration is carried out on the initiative of learning in fine arts teaching on young children of 4-5 years old by the research methods analyzed in this paper.The study in this paper includes three parts:The first part is the study on the current situation of the initiative of learning during the teaching in the three children fine arts education institutions.Firstly,the characteristics of children fine arts education institutions are summarized to clearly define the elements during the process of young children fine arts education;secondly,an evaluation on the initiative of learning of fines arts of young children of 4-5 years old is carried out and three results are gained based on the evaluation data: 1.the average degree of the initiative of learning is above-average,being 71.8%;2.there is no significant difference on the influence of the institutions on the initiative of learning;3.there is a significant difference on the initiative of learning among young children individuals.The behavioral expression of the initiative of learning is refined according to the individual difference.The second part is the collection of data on the four aspects of fine arts teaching elements by using participatory observation.The factors affecting fine arts learning of young children are summarized and analyzed upon the data.The third part is the specific teaching suggestions put forward on the basis of the negative influence on the initiative of learning of fine arts of young children and the reference case provided for cultivation of individualized initiative of learning. |
