The successful bid for the Beijing Winter Olympics has made snow sports rapidly popular in China,but the late development of ice and snow sports in China and the high risk of injury in skiing have prevented it from being popularized in China.Therefore,a snowboard simulation skiing platform is proposed,which can simulate the pitch,deflection and braking actions during snowboarding to meet the needs of simulation skiing.This paper focuses on mechanism kinematics and dimensional optimization,dynamics modeling,dynamics parameter identification,control strategy formulation and prototype experiments,and the main contents are as follows:The kinematic analysis and dimensional optimization of the parallel mechanism part of the single-board simulation ski platform are carried out.The kinematic information of the driving branch chain of the mechanism is solved by the inverse solution method;the volume of the mechanism and the dimensionless Jacobi matrix conditional index are used as the objective function,and the NSGA-II genetic algorithm is used to optimize the size of the mechanism.The dynamics model of the single-board simulation ski platform is established.After introducing the concept of spinor bonding diagram,the dynamics model of the mechanical part of the simulated ski mechanism was established according to the symbols,and the state equation was written and solved by Matlab according to the bonding diagram theory,and the full solution of the dynamics was obtained;the correctness of the model was verified by Adams;meanwhile,the bonding diagram model of the servo-electric cylinder system was established,and the complete dynamics model was obtained.Based on the dynamics model,the dynamics-related parameters are identified by experimental methods.The velocity and force rotation of the single-board simulated ski platform are equated to the key point,and the linearized model of inertia parameters of the single-board simulated ski platform is obtained through the state equation.Through the improved Fourier series,the excitation trajectory is designed and the workspace is used as a constraint to transform the problem into a problem of finding the fifth polynomial coefficients,which is solved by genetic algorithm and the trajectory is plotted.A single-board simulated ski platform control system is established and dynamics experiments are performed to verify it.Build the control system based on Speedgoat target machine and Matlab Simulink;establish the human-computer interaction interface to monitor the mechanism in real time;run the excitation trajectory to get the mechanism inertia parameter values;run any trajectory,collect the driving force and compare with the theoretical value to verify the correctness of the inertia parameters and experimental process.
