| Secondary vocational education is the foundation of the development of vocational education and the cornerstone of the national education system,which can not only promote student employment and socio-economic development,but also improve the competitiveness of national talents.As an advocate and practitioner of vocational education in China,Huang Yanpei has provided valuable historical experience and educational wealth for the development of vocational education in China.This paper summarizes the ideological system of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education,and extracts the enlightenment of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought to the current secondary vocational education on this basis.The article sorts out the ideological and theoretical system of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education,which was produced under the influence of "new education" and "education to save the country",and the main contents include the purpose of vocational education,vocational education system,vocational education methods,the main links of vocational education,the natural pursuit of professional ethics education and vocational education.In the process of vocational education development,Huang Yanpei put forward the ultimate educational purpose of "making the unemployed have a job and making the employed happy to work";Vocational schools adopt the "work-study system" and "college consistency system";the educational method of "combining hands and brains and integrating learning by doing";Professional ethics education of "dedication and happiness" and "labor sacred";socialization,scientificity,and the natural pursuit of popularization;A set of systematic vocational education ideas that pay attention to personality development and social needs.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that although the current secondary vocational education has achieved certain results,there are still shortcomings,mainly including: the purpose of secondary vocational education has value orientation deviation,unreasonable professional settings,imperfect school-running channels and professional ethics education is not valued.Combined with Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought,this paper puts forward enlightenment for the main problems existing in the current secondary vocational education: in order to promote the development of secondary vocational education,we must first establish the educational values of strengthening the country and enriching the people,and change people’s concepts;Secondly,it is necessary to improve the degree of professional market matching in order to serve the development of the socialist market economy;In addition,improve the way of running secondary vocational education,and continuously improve the mode of secondary vocational education;Finally,it is necessary to cultivate good citizens who are dedicated and happy,and improve the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational education students.In short,the study of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought plays an important role in solving the current problems in secondary vocational education,and the key is to absorb the essence of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought on this basis,which has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the current development of secondary vocational education. |
