During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,The State Council put forward the "National fitness Plan",which is of great value and significance to enhance the national fitness awareness,improve the national physical quality,and accelerate the construction of a sports power.Nowadays,fitness videos flourish with the help of short video platforms.Fitness bloggers and platforms skillfully use various symbolic content to create visual and auditory feast for audiences,transfer fitness knowledge and enhance their fitness awareness.In the virtual fitness scene,videos express the rich meaning and connotation of fitness through communication strategies such as symbol fusion and interaction,so as to make the masses actively participate in fitness sports.However,currently,there are problems in the content,communication and audience of fitness videos,which have a negative impact on the development of communication strategies of fitness videos.This paper will analyze the various aspects of the development of fitness video communication strategy,and then optimize the existing communication strategy,effectively promote the inheritance and innovation of fitness culture,and further implement the strategy of "national fitness plan".Taking the fitness videos of "Tik Tok","Bilibili" and "Keep" as the main research object,this paper uses relevant theories such as symbol cognition and symbol interaction and combines content analysis and interview methods to analyze and optimize the existing communication strategies of fitness videos.The main research questions of this paper are as follows: 1.What symbols are used in fitness videos? 2.How to use symbol content to spread fitness videos and the characteristics of existing symbol communication strategies? 3.What problems exist in the existing communication strategies of fitness videos and how to optimize and solve them?The whole article mainly selects some representative head fitness bloggers to conduct in-depth analysis on their video content and symbol application strategy,mainly from the visual symbol and auditory symbol two aspects.Firstly,this paper summarizes the development and evolution of fitness videos and content classification.Through the research and design of the symbolic content of fitness videos,it sorts out and analyzes them.Then,it discusses the existing symbol communication strategies from three parts: symbol production strategy,symbol communication strategy and symbol extension strategy,and finds that the existing fitness video communication strategy has important value and significance in three aspects: reshaping body aesthetic cognition,bridging group class differences and promoting the development of fitness culture.However,there are still shortcomings in the communication strategy of fitness videos at present,which has a negative impact on both the promotion and development of fitness videos and the promotion of fitness awareness of the audience.This paper mainly discusses the difficulties and causes of fitness videos from the three aspects of communication,content and audience.Finally,based on audience feedback and analysis of specific problems this paper optimizes the existing communication strategy.In the process of optimization,it continues to combine the advantages and characteristics of some head bloggers,so as to achieve the communication matrix in which head bloggers lead tail bloggers to develop together.Specific optimization strategies from the optimization of platform audit strategy,in-depth development of symbol content strategy,build symbol propagation matrix and other aspects,in order to provide new ideas for the development and dissemination of fitness videos.
