| Human resource is the key resource of Overseas Study Consulting Service Companies,and its quantity,quality and structure directly affect the service quality and market competitiveness of the company.The optimal design of the salary system of overseas study consulting companies can create favorable development conditions for the improvement of the economic benefits of enterprises.Effective compensation incentive measures can stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,encourage employees to make unremitting efforts to achieve the goals of the enterprise and maintain its vitality.This paper takes shanghai F Overseas Study Consulting Company as an example to analyze the existing compensation system of the company,using the comprehensive compensation theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Herzberg’s two-factor theory,and Adams’ equity theory from the angle of pay system optimization and reference to the domestic and foreign experts and scholars in salary system optimization research results.Combining with the actual situation of the company,the author adopted the interviewing method,questionnaire survey and literature analysis.The existing compensation system of the company has the following problems: first,the incentive role in the compensation design is not strong;second,the company’s compensation system lacks internal fairness;third,the compensation system lacks the support of the performance appraisal system;and fourth,the compensation system lacks rich welfare forms.According to these questions,the author puts forward the optimization scheme,including the salary design for senior managers,middle and grass-roots managers,overseas standardized examination trainers,marketing personnel,and the expansion of welfare and compensation projects.In addition,in order to ensure the implementation of the optimization system,this paper proposes the safeguard measures from the aspects of human resources,system,culture etc.In practice,the optimization of the salary system has initially solved the problems of F company such as internal unfairness,unreasonable salary structure,too arbitrary salary and low employee satisfaction,and achieved some results.By researching and applying relevant management theories and adopting modern scientific optimization design of compensation system,corporations can promote the realization of enterprise strategy and enhance the economic benefits and cultural identity.This kind of management practice research has universal operation and reference for overseas study industry companies,and the conclusion drawn in this paper is consistent with this view. |
