In recent years,the number of drug users in China has been increasing year by year,and the problem of drug users repeatedly taking drugs has become a hot topic of concern for the whole society.The public security department continues to increase its crackdown on and supervision of drug users and traffickers,and supervises drug users to undergo mandatory drug rehabilitation for two years.After the mandatory drug rehabilitation is completed,they participate in completing three years of community drug rehabilitation/rehabilitation.However,the prolonged withdrawal syndrome caused by drug use leads to high addiction,difficulty in withdrawal,and high relapse rates among drug addicts,seriously affecting their integration into normal social life.Based on this,case work helps drug users actively integrate into society through assistance,which can not only solve the social fate problem of drug users after rehabilitation,keep them away from drugs and make progress in society,but also effectively supplement the shortcomings of community drug rehabilitation work,promote the progress of community drug control work,and to some extent reduce the relapse rate of drug users.This study mainly focuses on drug users in C Town,Liuzhou City,using case study method,semi-structured interview method,and observation method as research methods,and guided by social integration theory,to study the practical process and effectiveness of case work intervention in drug users’ relapse.Verify the feasibility of involving drug users in case work,and discuss the difficulties encountered in the practical process of case work,while proposing suggested countermeasures to provide experience and reference for improving case drug control work.In the study,it was found that drug users who have undergone community drug rehabilitation face problems such as economic distress,insufficient drug awareness,inner inferiority,and poor family relationships.The author adopts the method of case work for intervention services,and conducts in-depth research using the general process of case work,which includes six aspects: receiving cases and establishing professional relationships,collecting data,diagnosing and evaluating problems,setting goals and implementing plans,intervention process,closing cases and evaluating effectiveness.Case services mainly rely on case interview methods,and analyze and evaluate the difficulties and needs of service recipients by organizing interview content.Through research,it has been found that using professional methods and skills of case work to intervene in the practice of drug users can effectively promote their economic integration,cultural integration,and psychological integration.The involvement of case work in the research of drug users has certain feasibility,And can provide certain practical guidance for community drug rehabilitation work. |
