With the gradual deepening of education reform in the new era,high school student associations have gradually become an important platform and means for cultivating students’ comprehensive ability,displaying students’ individuality,cultivating team spirit,and enriching campus culture.However,the management problems exposed in the process of its development have had a non-negligible impact on the development of high school quality education,and put the development of the community at risk.How to build and manage high school student associations to better promote the all-round development of high school students has become a new research hotspot.This study takes 176 community members of G Middle School in Gaozhou City,Guangdong Province as the survey object.On the basis of clarifying relevant concepts and sorting out relevant results through literature research,it explores how to strengthen the management and construction of high school students’ associations through questionnaires and interviews.And through the theoretical basis and detailed data as a support,to truly and effectively reflect the problems existing in the current construction and management of student associations in Gaozhou G Middle School.The research shows that the sample schools have insufficient understanding of the practical activities of associations,the management system of associations is not perfect,there is a lack of professional instructors,and there are problems such as unrealistic goal setting,monotonous content,single form,and imperfect evaluation mechanism in association activities.This paper further refines both internal and external factors,and extracts the five levels of government,schools,teachers,parents,and students to analyze the factors that affect the development of high school clubs:relevant policies of the state and local governments are yet to be implemented,school club systems Inadequate,lack of professional instructors,lack of support from parents,lack of personal ability of students,etc.On this basis,this study puts forward feasible countermeasures to strengthen the construction of high school student associations from the five levels of government,schools,teachers,parents and students: The government level should combine the characteristics of local schools and local resources,strengthen policy support for high school clubs,and improve the implementation of the quality education system;the school level should improve the club management system,closely integrate the construction of student clubs with the education mechanism,and pay attention to the dynamic process of interaction and mutual influence;the teacher level should encourage students to participate in club work Among them,give full play to the spirit of being the master,cultivate your comprehensive ability,and improve your ability to guide clubs;parents should actively cooperate and change educational concepts;students should actively participate in club activities,improve self-development awareness and personal ability.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference and help for the development of Gaozhou G middle school associations,and at the same time arouse other local governments,schools,teachers,parents and students to pay more attention to and support the construction and management of high school student associations. |
