With the continuous improvement of domestic vocational education in the social and economic development,its importance in the education system is also becoming increasingly prominent.In the current opportunities and challenges coexist,in order to improve the education level of secondary vocational schools and obtain the space for rapid development,we must be market-oriented and improve the core competitiveness of schools in all aspects.Therefore,this paper through the Hunan gen school case study,pertinence,application,first read the current situation of the school,then find Hunan gen school faculty construction is relatively imperfect,finally combining the relevant theory and relative advantages of Hunan gen school faculty construction gives the corresponding countermeasures,is also a validation of the study in this paper.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the construction of teachers,through the scientific and effective management of human resources in secondary vocational schools,to ensure the realization of educational goals,and to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of teachers and staff.In the research,from the background and significance of the topic selection,based on the status of domestic secondary vocational school teachers construction.By taking Hunan Zhongchuang School as the research object,selecting the difficulties in the current construction of teachers,the problems and influencing factors in the construction and management of teachers are pointed out through investigation and analysis,and then put forward relevant reasonable suggestions and measures.Hope to be able to optimize and perfect the existing faculty construction management system,and for Changsha city even other private school teachers construction research,at the same time give full play to the role of the faculty construction,can more effectively make the core competitiveness of private secondary vocational schools,to promote the healthy and comprehensive development of school,finally make the school to sustainable development path.
