| As China’s economic development has entered a new stage,from the previous stage of high-speed development,to the stage of medium and high-speed quality development,the mismatch of supply and demand structure has become a structural contradictory factor hindering the further optimization and upgrading of economic development.The article takes the training of new professional farmers of Guangzhou Technical College to study amway,discusses the influencing factors of the training of new professional farmers,explores the substantive problems existing in the process of new professional farmers training activities of Guangzhou Technical College,and puts forward relevant strategies to improve the satisfaction of farmers’ training.The main research conclusions of the article are as follows.First,guangzhou vocational college new vocational farmer training is in the secondary vocational school new vocational farmers training program "and" guangdong province million farmers skills training implementation plan " under the guidance of the training type including production and operation,professional skills,social service and leading four different categories,open public basic courses,professional core courses and modern agricultural technical ability development course three courses.The training methods include experimental internship,professional internship,skill training,post practice,in the evaluation system of the evaluation of the process assessment,final assessment and practical results assessment three ways.Second,the results of the training satisfaction survey of new professional farmers of Guangzhou Technical College show that the age group of participating farmers is mainly 31~ and 40 years old,and the farming experience is the most one to three years.The training direction shows a diversified trend and has a high training willingness,with increasing income and increasing skills as the main goal.Based on the Logistic regression model results,Among the individual factors,Gender,education and farming experience can effectively affect the satisfaction of new professional farmers,And showed a significant positive correlation;At the training program level,Support the policies of the strength,The interpretation of publicity effect laws and regulations are significantly and positively related to the training satisfaction of new professional farmers;In the level of faculty factors,Teacher teaching and professionalism,Construction of teaching seriousness atmosphere,Can effectively improve the farmers’ training satisfaction;At the training method level,Practice training,time arrangement and location selection are significantly and positively related to field teaching and the satisfaction of farmers’ training;In terms of assessment methods,The improvement of agricultural technology quality and vocational assessment management are positively related to farmers’ training satisfaction,The student selection mechanism and the examination and assessment methods do not have a direct impact.Third,the article summarizes the guangzhou technical college in new professional farmer training activities in four factors,namely training project setting and actual demand,lack of experienced teacher support,training mode rigid out of line with farmers’ professional needs,training quality management and assessment mechanism needs to be improved.Specific strategies to improve the training satisfaction of new vocational farmers.First,strengthen regional research to optimize the setting of training projects;second,enrich the source of teachers and improve the establishment of training subjects;then,fit the characteristics of farmers to innovate training methods;finally,introduce the process assessment to strengthen the quality management of training. |
