Research On The Teaching Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Colleges And Universities

With the development of the times,the competition between countries on vitality,creativity and cohesion has become more and more intense,compared with the traditional "hard power",the status of "soft power" is becoming more and more important,and strengthening ideological and political education is related to the improvement of national soft power.As the main way of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the current situation of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities and whether the teaching is effective are worth exploring through empirical research.The "eight Uniforms" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out the direction for the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses,and also provided the basic guidance for promoting the great development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This article mainly starts from three aspects: First,the use of SEEQ The scale,taking students from several colleges and universities in Hunan Province as the survey object,conducted a questionnaire survey on the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and conducted descriptive analysis;the second was to use the survey data to conduct correlation and multiple regression analysis to derive the factors that specifically affect the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and to analyze the causes;the third was to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the teaching status of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and the factors affecting the effectiveness of teaching.The study found that the overall evaluation of ideological and political theory teaching effectiveness is positive,but there is still a large room for progress,the main factors affecting the teaching effectiveness are "love teaching","style humor","goal","speaking","frontier","frontier," discussion "effective feedback","teaching","task",around the teaching status and influencing factors,adhere to the correct political orientation,stimulate students ’learning enthusiasm,strengthen teachers’ personality charm and affinity,improve teachers’ theoretical quality,optimize teaching content,improve the teaching method,and assign effective homework.
