| According to the general policy of the 14 th Five-Year plan,talents are the key factor to become a powerful country.The reserve and cultivation of skilled talents need the efforts of major adult education companies in the whole society to make more people love learning and improve their skills.Then,with the continuous change of the overall development level of the national economy and the business environment,as well as the competition among major education companies,the problems of education companies themselves are also highlighted,and the biggest problem is human resource management.Because of the reasons above,in these years,training employees is really significant for all the companies.At the same time,we also found that the training effect of many enterprises is not effective.Through analysis,we found that the training focus of many enterprises is not on employees,but on the development direction of enterprises,which leads to the situation that the training content cannot match the needs of employees,so that the development of enterprises and employees cannot be synchronized,resulting in poor training effect.Therefor,it can be seen that truly valuable training should be based on the common development of enterprises and employees.This paper takes the training program of S company’s sales staffs as a sample,takes literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview as the research methods,analyzes the training program of S company with the training theory as the starting point and combined with practical application,and concludes that the training system of S company can not meet the development needs of enterprises and employees,the training form and content are rigid,and the evaluation and summary of training effect have no reference value.These problems have a very serious negative impact on the effect of training.In order to solve these problems,the author analyzes the causes of the problems.When designing the training program,S company didn’t analyse the demand of sales staffs,didn’t control the details in the implementation of the training program,and the training method is rigid,and the training evaluation is too formal.Combined with the actual situation of S company,based on the demand analysis at the organizational level and task level,according to the principles of strategy,comprehensiveness,motivation and differentiation,the training work of sales staffs in S company is improved and optimized.It is optimized one by one from the aspects of meeting the needs of employees,enriching the training contents,increasing the training forms,changing the evaluation methods,and putting forward perfect guarantee measures from the aspects of personnel,system and funds for the smooth development of training.The purpose is to promote the working ability of sales personnel of S company,promote the overall sales performance of S company,strengthen the competitiveness of S company in the same type of companies,and achieve the sustainable development of S company.At the same time,it provides reference for training management for other companies in the adult education industry. |
