Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Infant Basketball In Changsha City

Children’s basketball is a sport that integrates popularity,fun and cognition,and is deeply loved by children.It is of great significance to improve children’s physical fitness,intelligence and personality development.In order to respond to the state of the Ministry of Education on promoting the layout of campus basketball work,actively implement the instructions of the "small basketball" project of the Chinese Basketball Association,so as to better provide effective reference suggestions for the development of children’s basketball in Changsha city.This study uses questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and expert interview method to accurately analyze the current situation and influencing factors of children’s basketball in Changsha city,and put forward a scientific and systematic development strategy.This study analyzes the problems arising at two levels and proposes targeted solutions as follows:(1)The current situation of children’s basketball in urban areas of Changsha cityOn the one hand,the development of children’s basketball in Changsha has a good momentum,which can provide a space environment conducive to the development of the project,which is mainly reflected in: First,through field investigation,the number of kindergartens carrying out children’s basketball in changsha city is conducive to the overall development of the project;Second,the playground equipment and facilities of the schools that carry out children’s basketball can basically meet the teaching needs.On the other hand,the development of children’s basketball in Changsha is also subject to certain constraints and obstacles,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: First,the source of funds for children’s basketball is relatively single,mainly relying on government financial allocations and special sports funds,and the amount of funds is insufficient;Second,from the current situation of kindergarten basketball teachers in Changsha,it shows that the kindergarten carrying out this project is in urgent need of special teachers,and the skill training of teachers still needs to be strengthened.Third,changsha children’s basketball carnival activities are not perfect at present,the activities are not rich and comprehensive;Fourthly,the kindergarten teachers and club coaches in Changsha still focus on stimulating interest and learning skills.Fifth,the frequency of weekly basketball courses in kindergartens that have carried out children’s basketball is general;Sixth,currently,the Ministry of Education has not standardized teaching materials for children’s basketball.(2)The development factors of children’s basketball in urban areas of ChangshaThe influencing factors of the development of children’s basketball in changsha city can be analyzed from five aspects,which are as follows: First,the importance of higher government departments is the primary factor affecting the development of children’s basketball;Second,the degree of support from children’s parents is the main factor affecting whether the project can be loved and promoted in the children’s community.Third,the funding and site equipment of Changsha kindergarten are the key factors to support the development of this project;Fourth,the reserve of basketball teachers engaged in children’s basketball in Changsha is an important factor for the long-term development of this project.Fifth,the cognitive attitude of the public and the publicity of the project also determine the influencing factors of the good development of children’s basketball.Through the analysis of the above two levels,this paper puts forward the main countermeasures are: first,through strengthening the policy support,establish and improve the supervision system of kindergarten and club to carry out children’s basketball;Second,work together to build a trinity model of home,school and club to improve the public’s awareness of children’s basketball;Third,expand the proportion of investment in children’s basketball,broaden the source of kindergarten for children’s basketball funds;Fourth,scientific and reasonable optimization of venue equipment and facilities,to ensure the quality of kindergarten children’s basketball activities;Fifth,strengthen teacher training,enhance the level of basketball teachers in kindergartens and clubs,and encourage basketball teachers to continue learning and training;Sixth,to expand the publicity of children’s basketball,to create a unique changsha children’s basketball brand;Seventh,improve the content of children’s basketball carnival activities,coordinate all parties to hold children’s basketball carnival activities of kindergartens and clubs.
