Research On Cultivating College Students’ Awareness Of Network Responsibility

Network responsibility consciousness is people’s willingness and attitude to take responsibility for their words and deeds in the network world and the corresponding consequences,and it is a conscious recognition of the initiative and voluntary responsibility of network subjects.With the development and application of digital technology and the continuous popularization of the Internet,the network,as a platform for people to obtain information,quickly collects and disseminates all kinds of information resources,strengthens the positive publicity on the Internet,tamps down the socialist ideology in cyberspace,and enhances the netizens’ awareness of network responsibility,which is an extremely important topic at present.Studying college students’ awareness of network responsibility is helpful to improve their media literacy and moral quality,to improve the effectiveness of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities,to build a clean and honest network environment,and to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.This paper takes six undergraduate colleges in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia as the research object,analyzes and concludes the status quo of college students’ awareness of network responsibility in Inner Mongolia by means of questionnaire survey,summarizes the effect of cultivating college students’ awareness of network responsibility in Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the problems and causes in the cultivation process.Then it puts forward the basic path of cultivating college students’ awareness of network responsibility in Inner Mongolia.This paper mainly includes three parts:The first part gives a basic overview of college students’ awareness of network responsibility.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of college students’ awareness of network responsibility are explained.Secondly,it introduces the basic content of cultivating college students’ awareness of network responsibility.Finally,it analyzes the significance of cultivating college students’ awareness of network responsibility.The second part analyzes the present situation of cultivating college students’ awareness of network responsibility in Inner Mongolia by sorting out and refining the questionnaire.The effects of cultivating college students’ awareness of network responsibility in Inner Mongolia include that college students have formed a certain awareness of network responsibility,the civilized degree of their online words and deeds has been obviously improved,and college students have formed a certain ability to distinguish network information;The existing problems include that some college students’ awareness of network responsibility is not comprehensive enough,some colleges and universities need to strengthen the cultivation of network responsibility awareness,and the cultivation atmosphere of college students’ network responsibility awareness needs to be optimized.This paper makes a profound analysis of the causes of the existing problems from four aspects: the immature self-discipline and prevention awareness of college students,the flood of massive network information,the need to improve the supervision of network-related departments,and the lack of formation of joint efforts in cultivation.The third part systematically puts forward the basic path of cultivating college students’ awareness of network responsibility in Inner Mongolia.Firstly,strengthen the self-education of college students’ awareness of network responsibility;Secondly,improve the cultivation system of college network responsibility consciousness;Thirdly,optimize the cultivation atmosphere of college students’ awareness of network responsibility;Finally,promote the cultivation of network responsibility consciousness of college students.
