In the decade of the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important instructions on the integration of Civics and Political Science courses in schools and colleges.As an important part of the integrated construction of the Civics and Political Science courses in schools and colleges,the education of ideals and beliefs is related to the realization of the goal of cultivating good young people who have ideals,dare to take charge,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle in the new era.It is important to study the effectiveness,problems and countermeasures of the integrated construction of ideological and belief education in the new era,in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and belief education and promote the integrated construction of ideological and belief education in universities and schools.This study discusses the current situation of research on the integration of ideal belief education in the Civics and Political Science courses in universities and schools in the new era at home and abroad,and composes the scientific connotation of the integration of ideal belief education in the Civics and Political Science courses in universities and schools in the new era.Based on the interviews with teachers of Civics and Political Science in some schools in Shandong Province,participation in the collective preparation activities of Civics and Political Science teachers in different sections,and the combing of the educational objectives and educational contents related to ideal belief education in the curriculum standards and teaching materials of Civics and Political Science in universities,schools and colleges,the research results show that in the new era,the construction of the integration of ideal belief education in Civics and Political Science in universities,schools and colleges has made certain achievements,but there are still However,there are still problems such as the overall nature of educational objectives needs to be improved,the depth of educational contents needs to be promoted,the innovation of educational methods needs to be improved,the plurality of educational evaluation system needs to be explored,and the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation needs to be enhanced.After analyzing the existing problems,this study concludes that these problems are mainly related to the formulation of curriculum standards and the construction of the teachers’ team of Civics and Political Science courses.In order to solve the problems of the integration of ideal and belief education in university and school civics courses in the new era,this study systematically proposes construction strategies.First,the construction of teachers’ team should be arranged in an integrated manner;second,a reasonable goal system needs to be set;third,systematic content planning should be carried out;fourth,the methods of education should be optimized;and fifth,a sound evaluation system should be established.
