Abstract/Summary:
Purpose of the study: The forehand arc ball has strong lethality and is used more frequently in table tennis,but the action amplitude is large,and when the player hits the ball in fast movement,it easily leads to poor power chain transmission and reduced quality of single-board shots.11-12 years old is the golden period for male athletes to master the forehand arc ball technique,and at the same time in the development stage,the body grows rapidly,has poor stability and relatively weak power It is difficult to master the correct technical movements.In order to develop the core strength of table tennis players and improve the technical level of forehand arc ball of table tennis players,this paper designs the core strength training means according to the physical characteristics of male table tennis players aged 11-12 years old and the technical characteristics of forehand arc ball movements and the order of core muscle groups during the movements,and proves the effectiveness of the means through experiments.METHODS: In this study,24 male table tennis players aged 11-12 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,and the experiment was conducted under the premise of ensuring that there were no significant differences in the preexperimental test indexes between the two groups.The core strength training means that are basically consistent with the firing muscle groups and firing sequence of the core parts during the forehand arc ball action and the movement trajectory of each body part were designed by the literature method,expert interview method,and Delphi method.The experimental group used the core strength training method designed for the forehand arcing technique,while the control group used the conventional core strength training method implemented in the club.The number of consecutive forehand curl shots and the landing points of the forehand curl shots were recorded before and after the experiment using a tee machine,and the speed and rotation of the forehand curl shots were recorded before and after the experiment using a high-speed camera to verify the effectiveness of the core strength training methods of both groups.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the technical evaluation indexes of the forehand curling ball of the experimental and control groups were analyzed by two-factor repeated measures ANOVA.Results of the study:1.after 12 weeks of intervention training,the number of effective forehand arc ball strokes and the quality of forehand pull arc ball strokes of the athletes in the experimental and control groups showed significant differences(P < 0.05),which proved that the core strength training means of both groups could effectively improve the number of continuous forehand pull arc ball strokes and the quality of forehand pull arc ball strokes of the athletes.2.There was a significant difference in the number of effective forehand curl shots and the quality of forehand curl shots before and after the experiment in the experimental group(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference in the number of effective forehand curl shots and the quality of forehand curl shots before and after the experiment in the control group(P < 0.05).The number of effective forehand curl shots and the quality of forehand pull curl shots in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,indicating that the training methods of the experimental group were more targeted and more effective in improving the quality of forehand pull curl shots and the quality of forehand pull curl shots of the athletes.The study concluded that:1.core strength training can improve the overall technical level of forehand curl shots of 11-12-year-old male table tennis players.Compared with the existing core strength training methods,the core strength training methods designed for 11-12 year old male table tennis players’ forehand arc ball technical movements can more effectively improve the number of effective forehand arc ball shots and the quality of forehand pull arc ball shots.2.The core strength training method designed for 11-12 year old male table tennis players’ forehand arc ball technical movements is relatively scientific and reasonable,which can effectively exercise the core muscles related to the players’ forehand pull arc ball,and can transform the core strength into special core strength for the forehand arc ball technique,which is more conducive to improving the stability and coordination of the core parts during the forehand arc ball movements,thus improving the overall technical level of the players’ arc ball.The overall technical level of the athlete’s arc ball.
