In the Medium and Long-Term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)issued by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council,it is clearly required to "encourage young college students to actively participate in social public services and social philanthropy undertakings,and advocate online philanthropy activities".The report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress pointed out that institutions of higher learning should "fully implement the Party’s educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the United States and labor".In the era of mobile Internet,there are more and more diverse forms of social welfare,and more and more college students actively participate in fingertip philanthropy undertakings.The emergence of fingertip philanthropy provides a new path for subjectification,hidden education and practical cultivation of people in society,universities and families.Combined with the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people in colleges and universities and the era background of mobile Internet,this study selected the cultivation of university students’ fingertip philanthropy behavior as the research topic.In this study,the overall overview and individual performance of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behaviors in the era of mobile Internet were statistically and analyzed by means of pointand-point combination,the basic situation of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behaviors was analyzed by questionnaire survey,and the specific situation of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behaviors was further studied by in-depth interview and grounded theory.The questionnaire data show that college students have a high sense of public good on the whole,but there is a certain contradiction between their corresponding cognition and participation.At the same time,the five behavioral characteristics of college students’ finger tips for philanthropy are further summarized and deduced based on the respondents’ public-interest scores in the questionnaire,which are specifically manifested as insufficient cognition,polarized participation,obvious project selection tendency,generally small donation amount,and contradictory motivation for participation.On this basis,with the help of the coding principle of grounded theory,qualitative analysis is made on the influencing factors of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behavior in the era of mobile Internet and relevant theoretical models are constructed.The analysis points out that the influencing factors of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behavior are composed of four dimensions: philanthropy attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control and personality characteristics.According to the analysis of the results of general questionnaire survey and individual in-depth interviews,it is found that there are prominent problems in the cultivation of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behavior in the era of mobile Internet in the cultivation of cultivation subjects,education guidance and institutional framework,and the cultivation model of "three rules","double integration" and "two systems" is proposed for the standard problem: One is to use social norms,educational norms and personal norms to create an external environment for college students to participate in fingertip philanthropy,optimize the construction of fingertip philanthropy culture and build fingertip philanthropy demonstration groups to guide college students to actively participate in fingertip philanthropy practice,and further correct and standardize their philanthropy attitude;Secondly,the concept and practice should be integrated into the value leading work of colleges and universities,and the all-factor cultivation mode of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behavior should be constructed with ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political courses as the carrier,and the Party and league organizations of colleges and universities and student organizations as the support,focusing on the cultivation of college students’ philanthropy characteristics.Thirdly,from the level of top-level design,we should coordinate the cultivation and management of college students’ fingertip philanthropy behaviors,and use feedback mechanism and supervision mechanism to strengthen college students’ self-efficacy in participating in fingertip philanthropy.
