| Positive aging regards "aging" as a vibrant and positive process,and regards the elderly as valuable human resources to be developed.They require the best opportunities to create health,participation and protection for them,and provide action strategies for our country to cope with population aging.With the proposal of the concept of active aging,education for the elderly,as the last link of lifelong education,can not only update the negative view of aging of the whole age group,but also promote the active social participation of the elderly population,so it has become an important carrier to promote active aging.The elderly education in our country has experienced conscious development and running a school according to law,which has been incorporated into the whole national education planning to the beginning of the top-level design and practice plan making mainly based on the education department,which reflects the following characteristics: attribute cognition from social and cultural problems to the category of education;The school-running goal has changed from solving "aging" to promoting "optimization";The target of education has been expanded from retired cadres to ordinary elderly people in society.The main body of school running has changed from one party to multiple.But at present,the development of the elderly education in our country still faces many difficulties.This shows that the overall number of elderly people involved in the elderly education is not large;There is a significant regional disparity in resource input.Education funds mainly rely on the single input of the government;The professional degree of teaching staff is not high;The curriculum focuses on leisure and entertainment.The main reasons for these difficulties are as follows: first of all,at the concept level,negative views on aging occupy a dominant position,and the public still has misunderstanding of education for the aged;Secondly,at the level of work implementation,the level of regional economic development is not balanced,and local governments pay different attention to education for the elderly.Third,at the level of social support,the income from education for the elderly is relatively low,and social forces lack the initiative to participate in it.Fourthly,at the level of education institutions for the elderly,the management system of teacher recruitment is not perfect,and the pre-service and post-service training system needs to be improved.The objectives of the course lack guidance and are limited to satisfying interests and hobbies.Therefore,centering on the three core elements of active aging,"health,participation and security",and drawing on some effective practical experience in developing education for the elderly abroad,the countermeasures are put forward as follows: in the aspect of health,reverse the negative concept of aging and show the behavioral vitality of the elderly population;Integrate life education elements,add mental health education courses;Build harmonious interpersonal relationship and improve the subjective well-being of the elderly.At the level of social participation,various teaching modes are used to carry out targeted re-employment education;To build a bridge of social participation and help the elderly bridge the social gap.At the guarantee level,the participation of colleges and universities should be promoted to broaden the fund-raising channels of educational resources.Establish and improve the access mechanism,promote the professional construction of teachers;Formulating education implementation rules and establishing scientific policy evaluation system;We will fulfill the responsibilities of all departments and improve the supervision mechanism for policy implementation. |
