In the era of new media with the interwoven development of network,information and globalization,all kinds of social thoughts,values and ideologies are in fierce collision and confrontation in almost all fields.In the revelry of new media technology,the discourse power of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities is impacted and challenged unprecedentedly,and they are increasingly trapped in the helplessness and embarrassment of being dispelled.Therefore,it is very urgent to face up to the difficulties,prepare for the future,actively respond to them,and strengthen and reshape the discourse power of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities in the new media era.The discourse power of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities is mainly embodied in the dominant power of mainstream ideology,the guiding power of all-round development of college students and the control power of classroom teaching order.The empirical research finds that due to the lag of discourse concept,discourse mode,discourse mode,discourse content and discourse platform,the new media has an impact on the discourse right of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities,and the discourse right of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities has been gradually dispelled,which is mainly reflected in the questioning of the discourse subject,the challenge of the dominant power of mainstream ideology,and the breaking of discourse authority,The right to guide students’ all-round development is facing elimination;the effect of discourse is being reduced,and the control of classroom order is facing impact.Therefore,based on the four levels of Ideological and political teachers,college students,new media platform and society,this study puts forward the path to improve the discourse power of Ideological and political teachers in the new media era,in order to reshape the discourse power of Ideological and political teachers in the new media era,that is,ideological and political teachers move from "monologue" to "intersubjectivity",innovate the mode,improve the credibility of discourse,and“ A thorough theory of "Mastering the students",reforming the way,improving the explanatory power of discourse,telling Chinese stories in the language of the new era,and enriching the content,To improve the persuasiveness of discourse,to put new media technology wings in language,to improve literacy,to improve the attractiveness of discourse;to enhance the ability of information screening,to strengthen the mainstream ideology of College Students,improve the media literacy,improve the ability of speech discrimination;build a new media platform,increase the discourse carrier,targeted communication content,improve the validity of discourse,timely update the form,and expand the popularity of discourse;strengthen the popularization of laws and regulations and policies at the social level,standardize the discourse communication,improve the monitoring of public opinion,and ensure the directivity of discourse.
