| With the adoption of the fourteenth five year plan for national economic and social development and the outline of long-term goals for 2035,hundreds of millions of people have embarked on a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,marching forward bravely towards the second Centennial goal.At the present stage,the long-term good trend of comprehensive deepening of reform has entered the deep-water area.Talents are the key to the development of enterprises,and the team of high skilled talents has become a strong guarantee for the scientific development of enterprises.In recent years,there has been a "battle for talents" in many cities,which highlights the contradiction between the demand for talents in China’s current economic development and the shortage of highly skilled talents.Stimulated by the high-quality development of national economy and the deep iteration of enterprise industry for high skilled talents,the vocational education and training industry has ushered in major development opportunities.The development trend of public and private vocational education and training institutions is rapid and goes hand in hand.The government continuously introduces relevant policies and regulations on Vocational Education to guide its healthy and orderly development.The number of private vocational education institutions is increasing rapidly,the good and the bad are intermingled.Some education and training institutions have some problems,such as inaccurate positioning,nonstandard operation,lack of strategic management awareness of enterprise managers,outdated business model and so on.If education and training institutions can’t deeply analyze their own problems and actively seek countermeasures to adapt to the market competition in the new era,they may be eliminated by the market due to missed development opportunities.JY education group is a local education and training institution in Ningbo.After more than ten years of operation,it has gradually formed a large-scale operation through many iterations and upgrades.At present,there is a bottleneck in the development of enterprises,facing the challenges of improving market share,management efficiency and profitability.In this paper,through in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ research on vocational education and training,fully drawing on the excellent development concept of vocational education and training at home and abroad,using Boston matrix and other methods to analyze the internal conditions of JY education group from human resources,R&D ability,marketing,core competitiveness and other aspects;using PEST analysis method,Porter five force model and other methods to analyze the macro situation Through the analysis of internal factor analysis matrix and external factor analysis matrix of EFE,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of JY education group are obtained;through the SWOT analysis,the strategic objectives and positioning of the group are obtained,and the suitable competitive strategy of JY education group is obtained.After comprehensive analysis,this paper thinks that JY education group should adopt brand strategy,operation strategy,differentiation strategy,etc.,at the same time,implement strategic safeguard measures from optimizing human resources,establishing characteristic brand,improving company structure,etc.,and strengthen corporate culture construction,so as to ensure the steady implementation of development strategy and steady development of the company.This paper hopes to provide constructive suggestions for the strategic deployment of JY education group,and also provide reference for the development of other private education institutions. |
