| Y City has carried out a inverted classroom based biology teaching reform at present,which has achieved remarkable results in improving high school students’ interest in biology learning,highlighting students’ dominant position,promoting cooperation between classmates and communication between teachers and students,and improving their exploration ability.But the following problesm questions remain:At the same time,the following problems are found: the teachers are not proficient in operating the platform;the development of the functions of the platform is not comprehensive;the subjective initiative of teachers to reform is not strong,the workload of teachers has increased;and the use of tablet computers in class and self-study class will distract students’ attention and so on.Therefore,a research about dual individualized inverted teaching mode is planned to carry out the research on the double personalized inverted classroom teaching model in order to promote the occurrence of learning in depth.First,the literature research method was used to consult relevant materials to define the concepts of inverted class,personalized teaching,personalized learning and dual individualized teaching mode and to understand the research status of the essence,teaching mode and dual individualized teaching of the inverted class at home and abroad.Besides,a questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the real effect of teaching reform based on inverted class in high school with tablets as the carrier.The survey results show that most teachers mainly apply the new teaching mode in demonstration class or high-quality class and they usually use traditional teachung mode at most times;the level of teachers applying teaching network terminal is uneven and the quality of selecting teaching resources needs to be improved;students lack self-discipline,they do not focus on learning during class and their time to preview by themselves after class is not enough.Then,dual individualized inverted teaching mode is constructed and the teaching practice is carried out in the senior one of S middle School.This mode focuses on three aspects,including pre-class,in-class and after-class.With the help of "network learning space",it combines the personalized guidance of teachers for students’ problems with the personalized learning of students to to enhance students’ participation and sense of experience,and then promote students’ depth of learning.By comparing the teaching effects of the experimental class and the control class,such as the comparison of class participation and satisfaction,and the comparison of unit teaching results,the results show that the dual individualized inverted teaching mode can improve the efficiency and participation of students in class to a certain extent and create a good classroom learning atmosphere;improve students’ learning ability of biology,and activate students’ thinking of learning biology;realize dual personalized teaching and learning among teachers and studentt and cultivate students’ core literacy of biology subject.At last,based on the practice of dual individualized inverted teaching mode in high school biology class,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions from three aspects of schools,teachers and students.For example,schools should strengthen class management under dual individualized inverted teaching mode;teachers should change their educational ideas and ways of thinking;students should improve their academic literacy and self-management ability.And hope the further implement and improvement of this teaching mode in the subsequent teaching. |
