Artificial Intelligence(AI)is a kind of software and hardware system driven by Big Data,cloud computing and deep learning,which can simulate,extend and extend human intelligence.With the rapid development of this technology,artificial intelligence is gradually attracting more and more people’s attention,and is applied in all walks of life,education is no exception.Artificial Intelligence(AI)has become one of the innovative choices of educational reform in the world,especially the application of AI in the field of higher education,it has triggered profound changes in the concept,mode,content,method and means of higher education,and has brought far-reaching impact on the field of higher education around the world.At present,the application of artificial intelligence in the field of higher education mainly focuses on four aspects: student learning,teacher teaching,education management and education evaluation.Among them,the application of educational evaluation mainly focuses on the field of student evaluation.At present,our country is also committed to actively innovating student evaluation tools and means,and trying to explore a new model of student evaluation enabled by intelligent technology.The development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology and higher education in the United States has been leading the world for a long time.This study focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in student evaluation in American higher education,this paper analyzes and generalizes the driving factors,support and guarantee,main fields,achievements and difficulties of the application of artificial intelligence in the evaluation of students in American higher education,and combines with the present situation of our country,find something to learn from.This study attempts to answer the following questions: 1.Why does the United States apply artificial intelligence to student evaluation in higher education? 2.What efforts have been made in the United States to implement the use of artificial intelligence in student evaluation in higher education? 3.What are the main areas in which AI is applied to student evaluation in higher education in the United States? Four.What are the current dilemmas and values of artificial intelligence in student evaluation in American higher education? 5.What are the implications for the application of AI in student evaluation in higher education in our country? Based on this,this research mainly includes the following six parts: the first part clarifies the driving factors that promote the application of artificial intelligence in the evaluation of students in American higher education;Through the collection and analysis of literature and case data,this paper explains in detail the support guarantee of the application of artificial intelligence in the evaluation of students in higher education in the United States,the main application fields of American artificial intelligence in the evaluation of higher education students are summarized in the fourth and fifth parts,and the effects and dilemmas of the implementation are summarized,this paper summarizes the current situation of the application of artificial intelligence in student evaluation of higher education in our country,finds out the agreement with the United States,and provides enlightenment and suggestions.It is found that some problems have emerged in the implementation of the traditional evaluation method of American higher education,and the goal of talent cultivation has changed fundamentally in the new era The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in the United States provides a technical basis for the educational application of artificial intelligence.Therefore,it has promoted the reform of the traditional way of student evaluation in American higher education.To ensure that the application and promotion of artificial intelligence in student evaluation in higher education in the United States is carried out smoothly,the federal government has made it a government priority,with policy planning and guidance,infrastructure,professional staff building and other aspects of multi-support guarantee.The application of artificial intelligence in the evaluation of American higher education can relieve the pressure of students,improve the effectiveness of evaluation,improve the equity of education and promote the integration of evaluation.But there are also some problems,such as facing the difficulties and challenges in technology and data,ethics and application.According to the above research results,combined with the current situation of China’s local implementation,our country should change the concept,improve the application ability,increase the financial security,tamp down the infrastructure,coordinate the participation of many parties,and improve the system and norms.To promote the application and popularization of artificial intelligence in student evaluation in higher education.
