| Model education is an important moral education method and approach.In recent years,in the process of promoting role model education,a new trend has attracted the attention of researchers,which is the phenomenon of idol worship.With the development of the times,idol worship has entered the "pan" era,and the phenomenon of idol worship in the "pan idol" era has produced some new characteristics and types in the youth group,Middle school students are the main consumer group of idol worship in the era of "pan idol".In this era,the production of idol assembly lines has brought certain difficulties to the role model education of middle school students,while also exposing the drawbacks and shortcomings of traditional role model education models.Based on this,this article grasps the characteristics of the "pan idol" era,clarifies the difficulties of role model education,explores the profound value of idols from four aspects: school,family,society,and individual students,innovates the model of role model education,and discusses what should be done in the "pan idol" era to improve the effectiveness of role model education for middle school students.This article discusses from five aspects.The first part is the introduction section,which mainly starts with the reason for choosing the topic and the research significance,analyzes the current research status at home and abroad,and provides a brief introduction to the research methods and innovations of this article.The second part introduces the definition of relevant concepts in the article and the theoretical basis for supporting this study.It analyzes the types,characteristics,and necessity of idol worship among middle school students in the era of "pan idol",laying the foundation for the partial transformation of the two in the following text.The third part analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by role model education for junior high school students in the era of "pan idol" based on the previous research,providing a basis for the analysis of countermeasures in the following text.The fourth part focuses on the current situation and characteristics of idol worship among junior high school students in the era of "pan idol".Based on the possibility of partial conversion between role models and idols,it attempts to use school education as a breakthrough point,fully utilize and explore the connection between role model education and idol worship,innovate the methods of role model education for junior high school students,and focus on rallying the efforts of families,society,and individual students to improve the effectiveness of role model education in the era of "pan idol".The fifth part focuses on the specific application of the optimization strategies for school example education proposed in the fourth part in classroom teaching,selecting typical box questions in middle school moral and rule of law courses,in order to provide certain reference for innovation in school example education. |
