Research On The Innovation And Development Of High Level Sports Teams In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of Fusing Sports With Education

As the saying goes,sports carry the dream of becoming a strong country,and sports are the cornerstone of development.However,a series of issues such as the soaring myopia rate,sub health,and education system among young people in China are affecting their healthy growth.Solving these problems is precisely the original intention of the integration of sports and education.Since the issuance of the Notice on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents,countless experts and scholars have attached great importance to the innovation and development of sports and education integration,focusing on researching the feasibility of integration;The direction and strategy of integration;The method of fusion.As a fusion of sports and education,high-level sports teams in ordinary universities are also an important research area.Based on the era background of integration of sports and education,and combined with the development of the Three Gorges University and its high-level football team,this article will take the integration of sports and education as the main background,and take the high-level football team of Three Gorges University as an example to explore the strategies and methods for innovative development of high-level sports teams in ordinary universities under the background of integration of sports and education,and provide suggestions.The research object of this article is the high-level sports team of the Three Gorges University football project under the background of sports education integration.Through literature review,investigation,and on-site investigation,the article identified the obstacles to the innovative development of high-level sports teams in ordinary universities and the football project of Three Gorges University,and clarified the direction of innovative development in ordinary universities under the background of sports education integration.The results obtained through research are as follows:The leaders of Three Gorges University attach great importance to the development of high-level football teams and establish a dedicated management organization;Innovated training and management plans,optimized the contradiction between pursuing higher education and weakening chemical training;Vigorously cultivate a team of coaches and introduce excellent sports talents;By establishing a football base and collaborating with schools and enterprises,we can indirectly expand the enrollment path.Moreover,in terms of internal and external comparisons,it can be proven that the high-level sports team of the Three Gorges University football project has certain advantages in terms of competition results,athlete achievement,and employment.And then,Following conclusions have been drawn on the innovative development of gerneral institutes of higher education in the context of integration of sports and education in combination with relevant regulations on integration of sports and education:(1)The content and regulations of the documents related to "integration of sports and education" are the fundamental direction for the innovative development of ordinary universities.To promote the integration of sports and education in ordinary universities and develop high-level sports teams in ordinary universities,it is necessary to actively explore and innovate the recruitment path based on the content of integration of sports and education.(2)Just like human resource management,a good scientific management system will help ordinary colleges and universities to cultivate high-level athletes,and in the context of the integration of physical education and education,further move closer to the education concept in the Opinions,as well as "cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty,and labor.".(3)Sports teams in different universities have their own different team building models,and the best team building model was originally the most suitable.However,due to the trend of sports and education integration,how to "link" the team building model with the core perspective of sports and education integration is the most favorable development and more successful team building model in the future.(4)The implementation of any favorable measures for the integration of sports and education has a prerequisite that schools and local governments have the hard conditions for implementing policies.Therefore,universities and local governments should strive to cooperate with national requirements and actively help promote the integration of sports and education.On the basis,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Pay attention to and study the policies and documents related to the integration of sports and education.(2)Innovate the management training mode.(3)Innovate and develop the team management model.(4)Improve guarantees and lay a solid foundation.
