| The mental health problems of undergraduate students are becoming more and more prominent.How to improve the mental health of undergraduate students has become an important part of contemporary university education.For this reason,this study takes the undergraduate students of a university in Guangdong as the research object,adopts the teaching experiment method,psychometric method and other research methods,and uses the quality development training course teaching as the intervention method to study the effect of quality development training on undergraduate students’ mental health.This study combines the characteristics of undergraduate students to design a set of quality development training programs,effectively measure the quality development training and the mental health level of the control group,and test the effect of quality development training on the mental health of undergraduate students.The research results show that:(1)Through the comparison of onesemester teaching of quality development training and physical education elective courses,it is found that quality development training and physical education course teaching have played a positive role in improving the mental health of undergraduate students,and can effectively improve undergraduate students’ performance in somatization,compulsion,etc.Symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity Depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis,etc.(2)Through the teaching of quality development training and physical education elective courses,it is found that quality development training can improve the mental health of undergraduate students,including interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,paranoia,etc.It is better than elective courses in physical education,and slightly better than elective courses in physical education in terms of obsessive-compulsive symptoms.(3)The immersion scene teaching,multiobjective system,teamwork,goal-oriented and other characteristics of quality development training make it have a better effect on improving the mental health of undergraduate students.Regarding how to improve the quality development training of undergraduate students,one is to increase efforts to promote the development of quality development training in ordinary undergraduate colleges,the second is to improve the hardware conditions for quality development training,and the third is to optimize the teaching content and structure of quality development training courses.It is to improve the quality and expand the level of training teachers. |
