On April 1,2022,the Ministry of Education(MOE)proposed in the Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Other Five Departments on Further Strengthening the Teaching Management of Online Open Courses in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions that after nearly 10 years of continuous construction and development,especially since experiencing the impact of the new crown epidemic in 2020,large scale online teaching practices have been carried out in universities,schools and colleges nationwide,and online teaching and online/offline hybrid teaching have gradually become the The new normal of teaching.With the development of computer information technology,the digital platform provides a new path and opens a new situation for teaching and student learning in higher education institutions of physical education,and the online and offline hybrid teaching method based on the characteristics of physical education art courses is more helpful to realize the deep integration of physical education and digital technology.Although there are a large number of online teaching platforms for table tennis in the market,each platform is developed with a different focus,showing a lack of comprehensiveness of functions and a lack of targeting of content settings,resulting in the need to switch between several platforms to complete teaching activities,which makes the overall operation cumbersome.For the main table tennis course,the research on the online table tennis teaching platform with both teaching and guidance functions is in its initial stage.This paper explores the functional settings and content requirements of the platform construction,builds a scientific and practical professional platform for table tennis teaching and independent learning,and provides practical experience and feasibility for improving the efficiency of table tennis teaching and enriching the research on the construction and design of table tennis teaching and independent learning guide platform.It provides practical experience and feasible suggestions for improving the efficiency of table tennis teaching and enriching the construction and design of table tennis teaching and independent learning guide platform.This study is based on the guidance of independent learning theory,educational communication theory,distance learning interaction theory,constructivist learning theory and related domestic and foreign research results,fully using literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method,software engineering method and other research methods to investigate relevant experts,teachers and students of table tennis main program of Guangzhou Sports College,using spss25.0 software The survey data were analyzed to explore the degree of consistency of the experts and teachers on the functional settings of the platform.The conclusions obtained from this study are as follows:1.In the Intelli J IDEA environment,using Spring+Springboots+Mybaits framework,we have completed the development of a one-stop guide platform for teaching and independent learning of table tennis in Guangzhou Sports Institute,and completed the functional design of an online table tennis teaching platform integrating "teaching","learning","examination" and "resources".The design of the online table tennis teaching platform,which integrates "teaching","learning","examination" and "resources",and forms eleven assessment dimensions and several indicators in the course assessment,helps to improve the scientific and efficiency of students’ independent learning.This will help improve the scientific and efficiency of students’ independent learning.2.The construction and design of the platform highlights the characteristics of the practical teaching of art courses,constructs an online theoretical test bank and a technical action comparison function to enhance the technical and theoretical level of students,and the construction and design of the platform resource base and test bank lay the foundation for students to conduct independent learning of table tennis courses outside of class.3.The realization of the teaching function of the platform lays the foundation for the realization of online and offline hybrid teaching.The "digital cloud platform" function is built for the continuous expansion of table tennis resources,which lays the foundation for the continuous improvement of the teaching quality of table tennis courses later.4.The functions and contents of this platform are set to integrate the online and offline teaching forms of table tennis course teaching,management,and student independent learning into the construction of this platform,which makes up for the shortcomings of the current platform in terms of comprehensiveness and relevance,and helps to improve the convenience and practicality of teaching and learning for teachers and students.Based on the research results of this paper and combined with the actual situation,the following suggestions are made:(1)The school should increase the financial investment in the development,design and promotion of the platform in order to achieve a better user experience of the platform.(2)Strengthen the construction of table tennis courses,continuously improve the functions of the relevant modules of the platform,and improve the level and quality of students’ independent learning.(3)Enrich the platform resources and enhance the compatibility and complementarity with other platforms.
