| As an important part of school sports,big break sports activities play an important role.The development of big break sports activities aims to strengthen students’ physique,cultivate students’ interest in sports,promote students’ physical and mental health and improve their social adaptability.At present,the big break sports activities carried out by Liwan District Primary School have made some remarkable achievements,but there are also some shortcomings and difficulties.Therefore,this research will further analyze the current situation and existing problems of the school’s big break sports activities from the theoretical and practical levels on the basis of previous research on big break sports activities,and propose targeted optimization strategies.By using the methods of literature research,investigation,interview and case analysis,the research object is the improvement strategy of sports activities at break time of primary schools in Liwan District,Guangzhou.First of all,we made a field visit to investigate the orientation of the characteristic sports activities and the general orientation of the overall project in 30 primary schools.Secondly,six primary schools were selected as the key survey objects to comprehensively analyze the development of big break sports activities in primary schools in Liwan District,Guangzhou.Again,take Lin Feng’e Primary School as the representative to analyze the typical case of the development of big break sports activities,and understand the advantages and disadvantages of its big break sports activities.Finally,the paper puts forward effective and operable improvement strategies for the deficiencies in the development of big break sports activities.The research results are as follows:(1)The construction goal and direction of the big break sports activities in Liwan District primary schools are clear,but a few schools have not fully considered the sports needs of students,resulting in inaccurate positioning of individual schools,and even the phenomenon of blindly following the trend.(2)In the process of shaping and spreading the big break sports activities in Liwan District Primary School,the organization form is flexible and the content is rich.The "442" allocation model of sports class hours and the "five step" strategy of big break sports activities are adopted to actively develop school-based curriculum and compile school-based textbooks.However,in the stage of dissemination,there is no clear communication feedback adjustment mechanism,nor the guidance of relevant policies,leading to inadequate dissemination.(3)The maintenance and evaluation of sports activities in primary schools in Liwan District are mainly improved through the transformation of venues and facilities,sports equipment,increasing capital investment and strengthening the provision of teachers;In terms of evaluation,the evaluation system of "diversification,multiple means,multiple rewards,observation and demonstration exchange system and competition exchange system" should be adopted.However,more efforts should be made to enable parents to support and participate in the evaluation,so as to form a joint effort of society,family and school to jointly promote the development of school sports activities between classes.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The orientation of individual school sports activities in the big break of primary schools in Liwan District is not accurate,and there is a phenomenon of following the trend.(2)In the process of shaping and spreading,the management system is not perfect and the value is not fully reflected;Inadequate communication and feedback.(3)In terms of maintenance and evaluation,the scope of teaching is limited,and emotional experience is insufficient;The evaluation method is single,lacking the participation of parents.According to the above conclusions,the following optimization strategies are proposed:(1)Based on the actual situation of the school,accurate and scientific positioning.(2)Strengthen the organization and management,improve the physical education curriculum;Increase publicity and enhance brand effect.(3)Strengthening teachers and optimizing resource allocation;Strengthen multi-party cooperation and optimize the evaluation system. |
