culture,technological changes and social relations.The core of rural revitalization lies in industrial revitalization,and industrial revitalization cannot be achieved without the strong support of the government and the joint efforts of enterprises,farmers and society.In western China,industrial development is difficult,but some regions have formed local brand industries with the support of tradition,technology and social relations.This paper uses a qualitative approach to study the development of the noodle industry in Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province,as an example,and compares the social factors behind the branding of the industry from a sociological perspective by studying the development process of the noodle industry in the town over time.The social factors for the formation of noodle industry in M town are mainly manifested in three aspects: firstly,cultural tradition.First of all,the town is located in the Yelang hinterland on the ancient post road,which is a necessary place for trade and commerce.The food culture took shape from Han Dynasty to Republic of China;after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the traditional cultural industry was continued;after reform and opening up,the industrial culture was revived.The second technological change and social diffusion.Local noodle production technology has undergone three main stages of change: from handicraft to semi-mechanized to fully mechanized production.The second is the diffusion and spread of technology through different channels and social relations;the social relations circle of the third industrial subject.The small workshop represented by family operation makes full use of the action ethics of geo-and karma for production and sales.The leading enterprises,represented by large-scale operations,successfully adapt to and take root in the countryside through nesting and reconfiguration.The local government,through guidance and diversified participation,provides technical platforms and policy inclination for enterprises and small workshops.Finally,in the interactive relationship of all parties,it not only enriches the regional culture
