| The training process of Olympic swimming athletes for many years has obvious age characteristics.Summarizing the age characteristics of Olympic swimming athletes in each stage of the training process for many years will help coaches to grasp the general rules of the training process of Olympic swimming athletes for many years and create preconditions for them to achieve excellent results.Research objectives: By analyzing the data of gender, age, performance and competition events of swimmers in the 27 ~ 32 Summer Olympic Games, this study innovatively integrates the Boston analysis method, competitive sports theory and the realistic stage of Olympic swimmers according to the displacement speed classification of events, and tries to investigate the changing characteristics of age and performance of Olympic swimmers.Summarize the general rules of the training process of swimmers in the last 6 Olympic Games.Research methods: This research mainly adopts mathematical statistics method to collect the data of swimmers in the recent 6 Olympic Games.According to Pareto analysis,it finds out the proportion of the swimmers in the main age group of the Olympic swimming finalists. The athletes’ performance is quantified through medal scoring.By combining the age and performance characteristics of Olympic swimmers with the competitive sports theory and the competition stage of Olympic swimmers, the multi-year training process of athletes in different Olympic swimming events is obtained. In order to enrich the theoretical support, this paper adopts the method of literature to provide the theoretical basis for supporting the research results. The results are as follows: 1.The average age difference between finalists and non-finalists in the recent 6 Olympic Games is significant, specifically, the age difference between finalists and non-finalists is one year.2.There is no significant age difference between team and individual athletes.3.There is significant age difference between athletes in first-level displacement velocity events and those in second-level displacement velocity events and third-level displacement velocity events.4.The average age of athletes of all displacement speed events in Olympic swimming is the first displacement speed event at most, followed by the second displacement speed event and the third displacement speed event at least. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The main age for Olympic swimmers to achieve their achievements is male 19-27 years old, female 17-27 years old,and the other age groups account for a secondary part.2.The decline rate of competitive ability of female Olympic swimmers is slower than that of male swimmers, and the probability of older swimmers is higher than that of male swimmers.3.The multi-year training process of male Olympic swimmers starts from the age of 7,13 to28 years old is the period of maximum competitive possibility,29 to 38 years old is the period of competitive longevity.4.The multi-year training process of female Olympic swimmers starts from the age of 6,12 ~ 27 years old is the period of maximum possibility to achieve competition,28 ~ 41 years old is the period of competitive longevity. |
