Smart education system is one of the important research directions of education informationization.It can help students improve learning efficiency and academic performance,and help teachers improve teaching quality and teaching effect.The performance prediction function of smart education system provides comprehensive,convenient and efficient education services for teachers and students.At present,the collaborative filtering algorithm for performance prediction function is implemented by Pearson correlation coefficient,cosine similarity and other methods,ignoring the correlation between individual students,curriculum system,attendance behavior and student performance,and most smart education systems use a single-point architecture.Therefore,algorithm model,system architecture and technology are important research directions of smart education system at this stage.From two aspects of algorithm model,system architecture and technology,this paper proposes a correlation-based smart prediction model,and designs and develops a smart education system,which integrates distributed architecture and cloud service technology and applies it to the actual education system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on correlation-based intelligent prediction modelThis thesis considers the influence of attendance behavior and bias factors,optimizes the collaborative filtering algorithm based on latent factor model,and proposes a smart prediction model based on the correlation between attendance behavior and bias factors(ABais Svd model for short).By setting a variety of data sets,the effectiveness of the smart prediction model is verified,and the performance prediction is realized.(2)The design and development of smart education systemIn this paper,distributed architecture technology,cloud computing technology and Internet technology are integrated to modularize the functions of the smart education system,and the design and development of the smart education system are realized.Each module in the smart education system can be regarded as a "microservice",which can run independently and be deployed in different servers independently.The internal of the smart education system meets the characteristics of "high cohesion and low coupling",and has good scalability,stability and iterability.
