Research purposes: With the increasing importance of basketball defense technology,basketball students need to improve the ability of defense footstep movement;The training mode that meets the requirements of the competition can make the players of different positions have different effects on the movement of defensive steps;Training according to the characteristics of response light randomness and game changeability can further develop the defense footwork ability of special basketball students and improve the overall level of students.The purpose of this study is to strengthen the ability of defense footwork of basketball students in physical education colleges and universities by using agile training response lamp and combining training methods with instruments,it also provides different methods for the basketball students in Rizhao campus of Shandong Institute of Physical Education to carry out relevant training.Research methods: This article mainly uses the literature material method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the experimental method and the data statistics method,taking the influence of agile reaction light training on the defensive footwork movement ability of basketball students in Shandong Institute of Physical Education as the research object,and select Shandong Institute of Physical Education Rizhao Campus 2022 national basketball college sports training professional men’s basketball team 4 of 20 boys to experiment.Based on the analysis of the basic information and the data of body shape,there is no difference between the two groups in these aspects(P > 0.05).The selection of the test indicators has gone through many aspects of reference and screening,such as reference to “ China’s youth basketball training syllabus”,integration of expert interviews and questionnaire survey results and recommendations of instructors,in the end,the defense footwork movement test,the hexagonal movement test,the Illinois sensitivity test and the 34 th basketball court sprinting test were identified as the test indexes,the data were collected by Excel and analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Results: the test data of 4 indexes before and after the experiment were all normal distribution(P > 0.05)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the scores of defense footwork movement test(p = 0.148 > 0.05),hexagonal movement test(p = 0.275 > 0.05),Illinois sensitivity test(p = 0.571 > 0.05),and basketball sprint test(p = 0.658 > 0.05)between the two groups There were significant differences in the scores of defense footwork movement test(p = 0.002 < 0.01),hexagonal movement test(p = 0.000.01)and Illinois sensitivity test(p = 0.000.01),the results of 3/4 basketball court sprinting test(0.05 > p = 0.016 > 0.01)showed no significant difference,while the results of control group showed significant difference except 3/4 basketball court sprinting test(p = 0.003 < 0.01),there was no significant difference in the scores of defense footwork movement test(p = 0.097 > 0.05),hexagonal movement test(p =0.158 > 0.05)and Illinois sensitivity test(p = 0.078 > 0.05)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in defense footwork movement test(p = 0.009 < 0.01),Illinois sensitivity test(p = 0.003 < 0.01)and hexagonal movement test(0.01 < p = 0.017 < 0.05),however,there was no significant difference in 3/4basketball court sprint test(p = 0.785 > 0.05);Before and after the experiment,the students of the experimental group in different positions in the defense footwork movement test increased by: Forward > Guard > Center,in the hexagonal movement test,the students in different positions increased by: guard > Center > Forward,in the Illinois sensitivity test,the students in different positions increased by: guard > Center >Forward,in the 3/4 basketball court sprint test,the students in different positions increased by: center > Guard > Forward;In the control group,before and after the experiment,the students in different positions in the defense footwork movement test increased by: center > Guard > forward;in the hexagonal movement test,the students in different positions increased by: forward > Guard > Center;in the Illinois sensitivity test,the students in different positions increased by: guard > Center > Forward;in the 3/4basketball court sprint test,the students in different positions increased by: center >Forward > Guard.Conclusions:(1)after 9 weeks of training,the students’ defensive footwork,hexagonal movement and Illinois’ s agility test scores were significantly improved,however,the results of the 3/4 basketball court sprint test did not improve significantly,and the routine footwork training significantly improved the students’ 3/4 basketball court sprint test results,but did not improve the results of the other 3 tests.According to the whole situation,the test result of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,which indicates that the agile reaction lamp training is more helpful to improve the students’ defensive footwork ability.(2)both agile reflex training and routine footwork training can produce different training effects on players in different positions in the group.In the experiment group,two of the four test indexes showed that the training effect was the best,so the experiment group was most suitable for agile response light training The control group center position players have two indexes test results show that the best training effect,so the control group center position players are most suitable for routine foot movement training.(3)the training of agile reaction lamp can enhance the students’ visual response,speed up the change of direction,and the linking and changing ability of different movements,it can consolidate the basic defensive footwork.After nine weeks of training,both the experimental group and the control group showed a corresponding improvement in the ability of defensive footwork movement.
