| Badminton has become one of the most popular sports among people from all walks of life in the three ball game,and it is also one of the most competitive sports in the world.In recent years,with the rapid development of badminton,it has gradually become a commercial exchange,physical fitness,entertainment,and professional competition.Therefore,emphasizing the cultivation of talents,especially athletes in their youth,will be a key factor in the reserve of sports talents.China has always adhered to the guidance of scientific development,people-oriented approach,and a combination of sports and education in the cultivation of young athletes.Emphasize scientific talent selection,training,and management.The cultivation of young badminton players should follow the principles of gradual progress,standardization,practical foundation,and scientific training.Therefore,scientific and effective training methods and means have become a hot topic for researchers from various fields.SAQ training is a physical fitness training method that has emerged abroad and frequently appears in high-level sports team training abroad.Its initial design concept was aimed at high-level athletes.Widely used for physical fitness training during adolescence.Its diverse training content and interesting training methods have attracted the attention of foreign coaches,not only improving athletes’ attention,but also quickly improving the physical fitness required for movement.Therefore,integrating SAQ training into badminton footwork movement training and exploring its impact on footwork movement ability.Based on the literature method as the theoretical support,this paper reviews relevant literature and books,interviews experts in relevant fields,designs reasonable training means and test indicators according to the suggestions given by experts,conducts experimental intervention through experimental methods,and analyzes through mathematical statistics.This article takes 20 male adolescent badminton players aged 14-16 from the Xi’an Badminton Team in Shaanxi Province as the experimental subjects.They are divided into an experimental group of 10 people and a control group of 10 people through basic athlete information and pre experimental analysis.The experimental group uses SAQ training method,while the control group uses traditional physical training.Through 12 weeks of intervention,the impact of the two types of training on badminton footwork movement is compared and analyzed,To provide more effective and scientific training methods for the specialized footwork training of youth badminton in the future.This article mainly selects Illinois running test,20 meters × By comparing the differences between the experimental group and the control group,as well as the differences before and after the experiment,the following experimental results were obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group ran tests and 20 meters in Illinois × There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the 5-turn back run test,5straight forward and backward movement tests,5 left and right lateral movement tests,and rapid reaction time tests,while there was a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the 10 four point movement tests.(2)After 12 weeks of training,the control group ran tests and 20 meters in Illinois × There was an improvement in the 5-turn back test,rapid reaction time test,and 5 straight forward and backward movement tests,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the 5 straight forward and backward movement tests and 10 four point movement tests.(3)After the experiment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the Illinois running test,5 straight back and forth movement tests,10 four point movement tests,and rapid reaction time test scores,with a distance of 20 meters × There is a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the comparison of results between the 5-turn back run test and the 5-time straight forward and backward movement test.The following conclusions were drawn through 12 weeks of experimental intervention:(1)The results before and after the experiment in the experimental group indicate that SAQ training can not only effectively improve the reaction speed,displacement speed,ability to change direction,and quick start of the footsteps of young male badminton athletes,but also improve the movement ability of badminton footwork.(2)The results before and after the control group experiment indicate that traditional physical fitness training can also improve the athlete’s foot movement ability.Relatively speaking,traditional physical mobility training methods lack comprehensive exercises,resulting in their inability to fully utilize the body’s maximum kinetic energy.(3)The results showed that the improvement of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.It shows that SAQ training can improve the mobility ability of athletes better than traditional physical training.When performing SAQ training,because of its novel and unique training methods and combination with game activities,it shows high motivation,stimulates athletes’ enthusiasm in training,and improves concentration in training.Therefore,it is feasible to introduce SAQ training into the footwork training of male adolescents aged 14-16 in badminton.Not only are the training methods and methods feasible,but the training equipment is relatively simple and easy to operate.The training load can be adjusted according to differences,and its training content is relatively rich.It can provide more options for footwork training in badminton for teenagers. |
