In the past three years,a major emerging epidemic has often been referred to as the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).This massive epidemic,which poses a great threat to human society and has a wide impact,has become a major and hot issue in global public health.After the outbreak of the epidemic,the majority of medical workers have been engaged in front-line work.As the main force of epidemic prevention and control,they have become an important force in blocking the spread of the epidemic and treating patients.Therefore,the impact of long-term anti-epidemic work on their professional emotions has become a major issue worthy of our attention.This study selected the first-line anti-epidemic medical team of X Hospital in T City as the research object,and conducted the investigation through interviews and indepth field observation in the qualitative research.According to the occupational emotional dimension and measurement indicators,the influence degree and influencing factors of medical workers’ experience on their professional identity,professional sense of responsibility,professional sense of belonging,professional sense of accomplishment and professional sense of honor after their experience in the frontline work against the epidemic were explored.The study found that in the frontline work of the fight against the epidemic,personal beliefs,relatives and families in the micro system,hospitals and front-line work fields in the mesosystem,society and government in the macro system,and colleagues and members of the fight against the epidemic in the peripheral system,all become powerful support systems that affect the mood of the team members at work and promote the improvement of professional emotion.At the same time,during the frontline work,medical workers need to be listened to,encouraged and supported,recognized for their social value and refined for their professional spirit.Based on the advantage perspective theory,this study explores the impact of the frontline work on the professional emotion of medical workers,and explores the professional service space of social work for the professional emotion development of medical workers in the hospital system from the advantage resources of individuals and hospitals.By giving full play to the professional role of medical social workers,using the strength of medical social workers to carry out diversified activities,carry out spiritual care to improve psychological energy and build a peer support system;To establish a sound system guarantee,from the publicity of outstanding people and advanced deeds to advocating the improvement of the performance reward mechanism conducive to the fight against the epidemic,to provide moral and material support;At the same time,the project research and implementation of medical humanities should be strengthened to form specific projects and services,so as to enhance the attention and research on the professional emotion of medical workers,so as to obtain value recognition of condensed professional spirit and help the development of positive professional emotion of medical workers.
