Games have always been an activity that children love and are keen on,which is of great significance and value to the development of children.Games have always been an activity that children love and are keen on,which is of great significance and value to the development of children.One of the main game content for children in the kindergarten is the regional game,and the sharing after the regional game can share and exchange children’s game problems and game experience,so as to further improve the level of the game and promote children’s deep learning in the subsequent games.As one of the important links in children’s daily life in the garden,regional game sharing is of great significance to promote children’s development,and good teacher-child interaction is one of the important means to improve the level of regional game sharing.This study takes kindergartens in D city as the research object.Firstly,based on a questionnaire survey,the current situation of teacher-child interaction in regional game sharing activities is understood from the perspective of teacher self-assessment,and the differences of teacher-child interaction in regional game sharing activities presented by different demographic variables are analyzed.Further comparison was made between the teacher-child interaction events in the regional game sharing process and the results of the questionnaire survey using observation and interview methods,and problems existing in the current situation of teacher-child interaction in the regional game sharing process were analyzed,causes were analyzed,and finally suggestions were put forward.The study found that the overall teacher-child interaction in the regional game sharing process of kindergartens in D city is at a relatively high level,but there are also some problems,including: teachers mostly lead the teacher-child interaction,and children’s main role is not obvious;There is no obvious difference in the interaction between teachers and children at different ages.There are obvious differences in teacher-child interaction among different teachers.The teacher-child interaction of emotion expression is rarely reflected in regional game sharing.This study analyzes the reasons for the problems in the interaction between teachers and children in the regional game sharing process of kindergartens: the subjective reasons of teachers and children;Daily work and rest management requirements of kindergartens;There are differences in teacher-teacher-child interaction ability.Teachers pay more attention to the improvement of children’s ability and neglect emotional expression.In order to improve the level of interaction between teachers and children in the regional game sharing process in kindergartens,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of kindergartens and teachers.Suggestions for teachers: fully respect the main position of children’s game sharing,and promote children’s active interaction and active sharing;Make good use of a variety of interactions,flexibly choose one or a combination of several ways to support children to in-depth game sharing;Pay attention to the development of children’s ability in all aspects,and pay attention to emotional expression;Teachers should take the initiative to learn and improve their interactive ability.They should take the initiative to learn regional games to share knowledge related to the interaction between teachers and children,enrich the theoretical knowledge reserve,and learn from and promote each other.Teachers should create a suitable interactive environment for children to enhance their willingness to interact,and teachers should set a good example to gradually improve children’s interactive ability.Suggestions for kindergartens: Flexible regional game sharing system,empower front-line teachers,flexibly carry out regional game sharing,promote healthy teacher-child interaction,and improve the level of teacher-child interaction;Multi-level training is carried out to promote professional growth,and different forms of kindergarten-based teaching and research activities and on-site observation activities are used to improve teachers’ professional ability.In view of the particularity of the region investigated in this study,there may be many problems,which need further research.One of the main game content for children in the kindergarten is the regional game,and the sharing after the regional game can share and exchange children’s game problems and game experience,so as to further improve the level of the game and promote children’s deep learning in the subsequent games.As one of the important links in children’s daily life in the garden,regional game sharing is of great significance to promote children’s development,and good teacher-child interaction is one of the important means to improve the level of regional game sharing. |
