The rapid development of information technology and the trends of its deeply integration with the current teaching making it challengeable for teachers——teachers need to keep contact with the new teaching skills and knowledge to improve self teaching ability,in order to meet the new educational environment.However,additional skills training programs will increase the time contradiction between their work and learning.But with the use of teaching skills and knowledge related APP,which will also be designed and developed to have the ability of recommending personalized learning resources to its user,can solve this problem.In this paper,the author analyzed teachers' needs for teaching skills in many aspects with questionnaire.Then decided to develop a smart APP special for teachers' self-improving on teaching skills,then designed the functions for the APP according to the needs and decided which development technologies to take to realize the system.Finally designed the algorithm of user preference analysis model,to realize the system function of personalized teaching skills learning resources recommendation.The main work in this research include:(1)To design questionnaires to investigate the specific resources needs and content needs of teaching skills needed by teachers,and their requirements to the functions of the APP.So that the author can analyze which contents and functional modules the APP was supposed to have.(2)After reading a large number of personalized recommendation algorithm related literature,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various recommendation algorithms,the author designed a user preference analysis model algorithm based on content tags.The way this algorithm work is,firstly mark all the resources in the system with various tags,then collect user information about these resources,mainly tag-related information.Then computing the importance level of each tag by the algorithm so as to analyzes the use' s most favorite tag set.Finally the system use the tag to resource mapping,form a list of personalized resources which contain the tags in the tag set.The personalized resources list will be presented in the user' s mobile client interface through the XMPP protocol for him or her to learn.(3)Completed detailed design of the functional modules of the APP system,and chose appropriate technologies realized functions of each part.And explained the realizing process of the core functions as well as presented related operation interfaces.The core functions of the system were also tested to verify whether they have met the requirements of the design.
