| The outbreak of the national epidemic quickly broke people’s normal lives,also broke the original vibrant campus life,and blocked most students’ activities to relax and enjoy their bodies and minds.As the main source of stress,the COVID-19 has caused considerable attention to the impact on people’s psychology.In Dehong Prefecture,there were many outbreaks of mutation outbreaks when the national epidemic was almost relieved due to the proximity of the border line.In order to quickly block the source of infection,local government personnel required students to directly delay the start of school for home-based learning.Students who did not study at home also carried out long-term closed control at school.The repeated epidemic has lasted for three years and is continuing,The outbreak of the epidemic has undoubtedly brought another great challenge to the physical and mental health of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture.Many studies have shown that physical exercise behavior plays an important role in promoting physical and mental development,so in the post-epidemic era,whether physical exercise behavior of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture has a positive impact on the psychological stress and coping style of middle school students facing the epidemic deserves further exploration and analysis.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used to pay attention to the physical exercise behavior of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture in the post-epidemic era? What psychological stress do you have when facing the epidemic?What is the response in the post-epidemic era? The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the COVID-19 on people’s physical exercise behavior,psychological stress and coping style in the post epidemic era,and to provide some reference for the intervention of psychological problems of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture in the post epidemic era;And explore the correlation between physical exercise behavior and psychological stress and coping style of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture in the post-epidemic era,and understand the role of physical exercise behavior in reducing psychological stress and promoting positive coping style in the post-epidemic era.The research results show that:1.In the post-epidemic era,the physical exercise behavior of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture has increased to some extent,but it is still not ideal in general.In the post-epidemic era,in addition to the internal factors such as students’ subjective cognition,consciousness and relatively low participation initiative,there are also some objective factors such as the impact of venues and facilities.2.In the post-epidemic era,the psychological stress status of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture is relatively high,which needs further improvement.The main performance is that there are suspected cases of emotional factors,depression,anxiety-related cognitive behavior factors,etc.3.In the post-epidemic era,the negative coping level of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture is higher than the national norm,and the positive coping style is lower than the national norm.4.In the post-epidemic era,there are some differences in the demographic variables of physical exercise behavior,psychological stress and coping style among middle school students in Dehong Prefecture,including gender,different grades and regions.5.In the post-epidemic era,there is a negative correlation between physical exercise behavior and psychological stress,and a certain positive correlation between physical exercise behavior and positive coping style.6.In the post-epidemic era,there is a certain linear relationship between physical exercise behavior and psychological stress and coping style of middle school students in Dehong Prefecture.Therefore,the psychological stress of middle school students can be predicted negatively through physical exercise behavior,while the intensity,time and frequency of physical exercise behavior have a certain positive predictive effect on the positive coping style.It can help us to have a deeper understanding of the physical and mental health of middle school students in the post-epidemic period,and provide theoretical and practical reference for the research on sports promotion of middle school students’ mental health. |
